It was clean and comfortable, and I had room to move. Reasonably quiet. Great value for money. The manager who was there the night I arrived was really lovely. Once I realised the route, it was really easy and accessible.

The map on the website was a bit confusing. Not all the streets are named, and my straight ahead turned out to be in the wrong direction. As much my fault. I'm not always a great map reader. Was there guest WiFi?

We were upgraded to the Double deluxe Room's which have just been upgraded and are finished to a high standard, This was at the rear of the Hotel and was very quiet.

We had made a last minute change of hotel and the deluxe single rooms were not to our standard and we spoke with the front desk who could not have been more helpful and without any problems moved us great service with no hassle.

Second time around at the same hotel. Pleasant staff, good location, good price, clean, pet friendly with parking possibilities. Spacious comfortable rooms. Party possibilities next door….(sarcasms)…

Extremely small shower. I found it very tight, and I am only 1,58 cm, can only imagine how a taller and bigger person would find it. with the space in the bathroom, they could easily have fitted a bigger shower. also the shower head etc was very loose, but I expect that they haven’t gotten around to repairing it. hopefully they will replace/redo the in tire shower. There could also be a water boiler. One bottle small of complementary water, for two guest….?

It worth to stay in the hotel, I am very much impressed with the staff. So gentle and polite, perfect for me. I will definitely looking for future stay already :).

May be think of air conditioning for summers ;).

Clean room, friendly personnel, close to the central station

Very loud at night. It was hot and impossible to sleep with closed windows. But with open windows, it was impossible to sleep either because of drunk people screaming at night

Loved the artworks and antique furniture.

Building is adjacent to a strip club, at night the main entrance is closed and you need to use a side entrance which can be confusing and difficult.

Room: great size, the bed was a queen size, a little small for us, but ok, Location: great, close to the city center but also close to noisy clubs Breakfast: good choice of fresh food, we enjoyed it

Nice staff. Large bedroom with lots of space for clothes storage. Nice bathroom. Very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is very varied

the receptionist was very nice and even found another (quieter) room for me after asking. the second room I got was very nice (single deluxe) with a little balcony and an extra couch.

the location is not the best. but it is close to the train station which is quite comfortable. breakfast was ok but nothing too special (no vegan options as far as I could tell).

My second stay here. We love its proximity to the inner city and the even closer local neighbourhood of Lister Meile, with its many restaurants, cafes, and eclectic shops scattered amidst the usual on offer.
