The room was spacious as well as the bathroom with an excellent shower. Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a great variety. Parking was easy & convenient. Elevators were efficient. Staff was excellent. Amazing how much patience the staff has with special needs guests at the hotel.

WiFi was fine for the two laptops and quick. On the other hand the WiFi did not want to function on the smart phone to send photos unless one was standing or sitting near the check-in counter. Then the photos uploaded and were sent almost immediately.

Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. However, they only had powdered scrambled eggs instead of poached, fried or boiled eggs. Parking was free and in front of the hotel. trolleys for luggage were readily available at the entrance.

Parking was full most of the time and only luck would afford you a space. The neighborhood was loud at night as the hotel faces a technical school for youth who tend to hang out till the early hours of the morning. The hotel is a few meters away from a large shopping center.

Apart from on arrival, the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. A lot of thought had gone into making the hotel interesting.

On arrival we did not feel welcome. The safe did not work. The kettle was dangerous.

The rooms were like new, big beds and a spacy bathroom. It was easy to get a parking lot in the underground garage - costs 8 EUR per day. There is also a charger for electric cars in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately, there wasn't air conditioning and it was really hot in the rooms. We arrived on a hot summer day.

Staff were friendly and helpful, easy parkin outside the hotel. Short easy walk to the old town with all the sights and restaurants. Good breakfast.
