We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect within easy walking distance to the main street, the city centre, shopping centres, restaurants, the old town, and the palace. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short stroll away. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. We also really appreciated the secured parking, which made our stay stress free. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The hotel is located relatively close to the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, where our event was held. The value for our stay was exceptional, considering that the event was sold out and many other stays charged considerably higher prices. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Ansperger.

For the price, there's really nothing to complain about. If there's something worth mentioning: The bathroom's sliding glass door was something we had to get used to and the space inside the bathroom is a bit narrow.

The location was superb for the city centre. The car parking was excellent. Breakfast was lovely and a good buffet style selection. All the staff spoke English and were really helpful.

A little more evening food selection would be good. However we did eat our every night except our first night there.

Freshly refurbished I think, nice bright clean room, very quiet locations, staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The young lady on breakfast duty was well on top of it, clearing tables quickly and making sure everything was fresh and topped up Plenty of local restaurants, (Italian one was superb).

Although some of the staff was very friendly & helpful, others were a bit rude with hints of racism. We demanded a double bed but were provided 2 single beds, and the pillows were very uncomfortable (they did provide us with more when requested, but still uncomfortable unfortunately) AC fan starting and stopping randomly, and noisy. Distracting especially during the night

Very clean, comfortable room with large and well-equipped bathroom. Good location in a walking distance just between the Residenz Schloß and the railway station.

Shower doors are not very tight resulting in some water on the floor after one takes a shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very yummie. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and clean. The ambiance and details in the hotel was very nice and welcoming.

The room is clean and bed is comfortable, not too soft or too hard. Staffs are friendly and a fair breakfast is also provided. Location of the hotel is close to train station and City center, 5-6 minutes by walk.

Most of the signs and explanation text in the room is only in German, not super user friendly for international travellers.

Wonderful hotel with excellent helpful staff. Everything was lovely, I felt very comfortable. Special thanks to the staff for helping with the accommodation. Great breakfast and location.

Was looking for a nice hotel near to Stuttgart, it's nicely situated in a quiet street, close to city centre and various restaurants.

Quite difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, also, parking spaces are quite narrow.
