My room was at the top floor, with a great view of historic Lüneburg. The room was exceptionally clean and except for a hot water kettle all basic needs were met – and I got a kettle when I asked for one at the reception desk. The TV was great, too, and the beds are nice and comfy. The location next to the park and spa is also great, and although I did not use it, Salü seems like a sure recommendation as well. Walking distance to several stores and the city center was also much appreciated.

I honestly have no complaints. If you prefer a completely quiet room, however, mine seemed to have a weird issue where I could hear some people as if they were on an intercom in the wall near my bed. Not sure where that came from, and the sound was really faint, so it did not bother me at all, but I can imagine it may bother you if you need a quiet room.

First impressions were unfavourable on entering the property as loads of people outside smoking (obviously on a seminar smoke break),and reception area looked unfinished until we were told it was an ‘Industrial look’! Staff very friendly and explained everything especially the use of the adjacent underground public car park. We had a superior room which was large with 2 bathrooms and two comfy single beds. Use of the adjacent salt baths is a must and the hotel provides bathrobes at a small cost and there is an underground walkway direct from hotel basement directly into the salt baths. Cost of entry is reasonable. Town centre is a good 20 minute walk away,

Although the room was big it was fitted out poorly and both bathrooms had run out of hand soap and tissues and it took ages to get these replaced. No safe in room which is a negative. I feel they have taken the industrial look a step too far and should make the room more user friendly and get rid of the large double hanging seat!!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location next to the park ( dog traveler) and the proximity to the beautiful center. The appartment was very spacious. We liked the swing and the style in general. Shower was great.

A few details would upgrade the room immensely, since it is also not a cheap hotel. Put some paintings/ prints more on the wall, some wardrobe hooks in the entry way, a shelve in the bathroom below the washbasin, so that you dont have to leave your stuff on the floor and its getting wet, when you are showering. A little table on the balcony would be also nice. And functioning wifi in the Apartment. I had to work during my stay, but that was impossible in the room, because the wifi was terribly poor. The staff enabled me access to a workspace where I could work, which was great. But wifi should be improved being in the 21st century. Breakfast was good, however a daily changing variety would be nice. Also a Gym would have been great. Then it would be all perfect.

The location is very central and worked well for us. Good breakfast. Hotel and restaurant were perfectly clean, Generally a great stay.

No negative experiences.

The hotel was located between the university and the city center, within walking distance of both. The breakfast was great. Fresh and full of variety. I liked the incentive that they give you for not asking for a clean-up. You hang a small bag on the door before midnight. This indicates no cleaning is necessary and you get a piece of fruit in the morning. There is also a wellness center next door. I haven't tried it, but there is a connection underneath the buildings and one can rent towels for 5 euros.

There was no possibility to drink something warm in the evening. The restaurant is closed and the rooms do not have coffee machines. Also no cafes nearby. I also found the door-locking system a bit weird. You share a balcony with the next room. That felt a bit unsafe, but I have seen nothing to warrant my anxiety.

The hotel has good parking facilities. A 12-minute walk to the beautiful old medieval city. Various hotels are within the old city, but twice or triple in price, so Seminaris has a good deal. Health facilities in buildings opposite the hotel. Good rooms, quiet, good facilities. Excellent, luxurious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Wide room, super clean, comfortable bed, lovely staffs. Special thanks to the room service stuffs to keep everything so clean. Break fast was delicious and wider place to move around the buffet ! Location was optimal! We love everything about the hotel. Thank you so much.

The breakfast is a treat! Perfect location if you need to be at the University but also want to enjoy the town. Staff were very nice.

No air conditioning but was good whether if keeping the balcony door open. the balcony of the room is shared with another room (they are seperated by a very small railing), and our neighbours were loudy and smoked so our room was in smoke also.

Better than expected. Room, bathroom and balcony are big and the furniture and design is updated from the original before 90s style. Excellent breakfast. 15 min walking to the old town and literally at the entrance of a very nice park. Very good service.
