The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the aspect of the room perfectly matched the description on Booking. The staff at the reception desk was kind and helpful.

We would have appreciated a more proactive approach to room service during our stay. It was a bit inconvenient to have to request cleaning, towels, and bed sheet changes at the reception. It would enhance the guest experience if these services were offered automatically, as our room wasn't attended to at all, even for garbage collection. Thank you for considering this feedback.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. On the night of August 14th to 15th, a member of the night staff was incredibly helpful and kind. When we needed urgent medical assistance, he immediately guided us to the nearest night medical service and made sure we felt supported and safe. His professionalism and genuine care went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to his help, a stressful situation was handled smoothly.

What an amazing hotel that was. It lived up to my expectations from the Ramada brand Spacious, spotlessly clean room Separate toilet and shower rooms, each with their own wash hand basins Crisp brilliant white bedding The reception staff were very polite and helpful. I liked the wall art in my room

The room was quite warm and there was neither air conditioning nor a fan The hotel is located in an area with limited free street parking. The hotel had a flat charge of €10 per day irrespective of the number of hours 🤔 an hourly charge with a maximum of €10 per day would have been more reasonable

The location was easy to find and in a quiet area. We were upgraded upon arrival which meant we had a coffee machine, complimentary water, fridge and tea and coffee in our room. Thank you for the upgrade. 10 minute walk to U-Bahn and 10 euros return into the city of Munich. Room was very modern and beds really comfy. Bathroom beautiful with complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was well worth the cost - lots of selection. Overall would definitely stay again. Thank you. X

Wonderful stay for one night during our road trip. Friendly staff, willing to help and answer every question we had. Accidentally, we booked a twin room (2 single beds) and in the reception they made it feasible to change our room and give us a premium double (double bed) after our request. The room was spacious and very clean. In the morning, despite not having paid in advance for breakfast, we went to the reception and paid 16 euros per person in order to eat breakfast. It had a lot of choices of foods. Totally worth staying! Good value for money!

You had to ask the maid to clean your room and bring you: toilet paper, water, coffee maker tablets. We also had a problem with the toilet, it wouldn't flush and we had to wait until the next day for them to fix the problem. Although the parking was theirs, we had to pay 50 euros per night for the parking space, even though we were using the parking space for people with disabilities inside the hotel.

I love my room actually, there are laundry facilities as well, and the room also feels warm since I stay during winter. the staff was also pretty helpful.

the location is very far away from the center. It's also far away around a 12-minute walk to the closest metro station, and it has to pass a kinda forest. So it's quite scary if you are a woman and traveling alone and need to walk at night from the metro to the hotel. it made me keep taking Uber. so yeah, indeed quite an affordable price for the hotel but you need to spend money again for transport by taking a taxi/uber :) it might be more suitable if you have a travel buddy/family or you bring your own car for the location.

We booked our stay without breakfast willing to try every time something in a new place, yet we ate once on the premises and it was huge variety of food served as self-served breakfast buffet for much lower price than in the city. There was also a little self-served store with snacks and drinks including beers and cigarets available 24h. Laundromat and gym in a basement. We also like that we had shower in a separate bathroom than toilet;

garbage truck at the very early morning hours was making enough noise to wake us up; yet I have to admit that the men did their best to do their job as quiet as possible;

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with everything that’s needed. The separation of bathroom and a WC is very comfortable, if you’re travelling with someone.

I didn’t totally like the shower, because the water was going outside a little bit. And I had to get up at the morning, on the day we were going to leave very early bcs the housekeeping lady was knocking on the door to tell that we will have to leave today, although we still had thee hours until we needed to go.
