I stayed here last year and can notice that some things are improved! For instance - the cleaning of the rooms is much better now and towels are changed regularly each day If you are not too pretentious this hotel is the perfect balance between the price and quality!

1. You need to make some general upgrading the hotel. I mean - at least- the reparation of corridors … 2. No cozy German bar/ restraint nearby… the nearest one is about 4,5 km to walk… All the rest is OK!

It exceeded my expectations regarding comfort and cleanliness. Beautiful new rooms and perfect bathrooms with lots of space. I stay at lot at the Niu Hotel Chain, but this one is definitely 100times better. Lots of parking available outside at a reasonable price. Bakery, Aldi and a Drink Market just a few steps away. I extended my stay

The cleaning ladies outside were really loud around midday and earlier. One day they were arguing so loud that I almost regretted my extension. Fortunately, it was only for an hour or so but the rooms aren’t soundproof and someone should tell the cleaning ladies that they should keep their conversations at a normal volume. This wasn’t just one day and the first two days I kind of got over it, but on the third day, it started to get annoying. It’s like they’re with you in the room. They’re very nice ladies, but if this is happening every day, I might think about staying here again. The hallways are left full of garbage on some days for hours. I think this could be handled with more care

Took the suite option with its 48 sqm last time for a little more than a double room, no regrets. The whole place is indeed very clean and also appeared quiet - balcony, coffee machine in room, king size bed with a good mattress, even the furniture's noticeably better than most in the same price range. We're yet to see about the standard double room option next time (25 sqm), and might also try their praised wide variety breakfast this time, with the food bars I am all aware she loves.

Only one: underground parking bays and the corridor in between them at certain turns / ends could be wider. Still manageable, clean, and well maintained, but bays are painted on such that with a wider car the neighbouring vehicle may well end up having to park way too close to my liking. It's not terrible, but for an extra €15 per day, I'd really expect to purchase a little more peace of mind with larger underground parking bays and/or safer spacing between them.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean

One side of the road that leads to the hotel was blocked off. There were no signs indicating how to get to the hotel with the road closure. Nor was the road closure mentioned when I called to inform that I would be arriving late.

I like the most the parking availability even at the full night I parked in the parking in front the hotel for free, wifi is good, staff are so kind specially cleaning staff and the reception, comfort stay and so matched to what is described on booking.com page even the photos

The voice isolation between rooms and each others and even the corridor does not exist you can hear all the voices, air conditioning does not work at all so the room temperature is so high, and last thing they forgot to clean my room one of the days while I was away since early morning but reception staff was helpful with men and gave clean towels for that night

breakfast was fantastic with so many options and food bars, the rooms were very clean, wide and spacious with completely new interiors. Staff were friendly. Parking was simple and easy although you do have to pay. Finally trams from the city centre went straight to the hotel making it perfect to travel from.

very good for the value of money. Large room with double bed and sofa. Working table and spacious place. Very clean room and bathroom. Good position of the hotel with good access to public transportation. good breakfast too

The receptionist was really helpful. The parking around the hotel is only 5 euro/ day. Very clean and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and perfect for us. We were really pleased with the place

The one who received us was very unfriendly but the one who checked us out was atleast friendly.

It is a great place: easy to reach from the motorway, lots of parking (price when I was there: 5 euro outside, 15 euro inside) and a very good breakfast with lots of choice and warm eggs and vegetables. I was positively surprised to find a tub in the room, if I would have known I would have come with bath salts. The hygiene was impeccable!
