Super close to castle, town center, fitness first. Check-in was very smooth and friendly, i was even pro-actively offered to get recommendations for restaurants. Hotel is very new and so rooms look pretty modern with ibis typical minimalism style. Breakfast is awesome for just 9.50 - really excellent cost-performance.

There is only one lighting circuit in the room: the ceiling and bed lights can only be turned on and off together...thats too much minimalism. Also I only got a single shower towel...not even a smaller for the sink...please put at least two for each guests into the rooms. Gluten-free bred is available at buffet and toasted on demand but cheap product that is not tasty. Please offer Schär in the future!!

The location was perfect, a short walk from the train and bus station and shopping area. The room and bathroom were the cleanest that I have ever had in a hotel. The taps and shower were sparkling. I arrived at reception with a pizza in a box after a long day travelling and the man on reception immediately got me a plate, knapkin, knife and fork. The room was plenty big enough for a single traveller with a separate bathroom which is not usual for a budget hotel, they are usually pods. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was fresh and there was an assortment of food to choose from. I'd definitely choose thus hotel again.

Fantastic helpful staff very sociable ,very willing to help over and above their call of duty ,it came across a very happy team which ment the ambience was cool and relaxed. The breakfasts were as other ibis but with that little bit extra extention to detail improved everything to 5 star quality. I wouldn't hesitate to make a deliberate stay there again in the future even though I'm from another country.

It was a beautiful place to stay at, very clean, nice customer services. Workers very helpful especially that I couldn't speak Germany language. They were able to communicate in English with me.

There was no fridge in the room I was expecting to find one. The shower room, when taking a shower water was going to the door side, because the glass doesn't go to the end.

The location is really good. Close to the train main station and around 15 minutes from the city centre by walking. The staff was super nice and polite

The room was extra simple. I know it is an ibis budget and that what you get. But the price is for the location but not for the room. So don’t expect anything more than just the simplest room.

The hotel was very neat and clean. From our perspective, it was in an excellent location. Our destinations and also the city center were within a couple of minutes' walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was also affordable and varied. We warmly recommend the hotel for its value for money.

Almost nothing to complain. Water would run into the room from the bathroom floor unless a shower mat was placed in front of the shower threshold.

Ibis budget are generally very clean, the staff was kind , breakfast is very generous and good. The location is fine : quite close to the station for Konstanz

The price is a bit too high : the rooms are less than essential.. The price of the parking was really exaggerated: 15 euros every 24 hours. !!

The hotel has a great location. It is very close to the train station, market, and the the city center. The staff is especially very kind and hospitable. The thing I like most about the hotel was the cleanliness. They speak German, English, Turkish maybe more :)

There was almost nothing that I didn't like about staying here.

Modern hotel with good facilities. As with all Ibis hotels, the rooms are small. Close to rail station and easy walk to town. You get 3 days of free local transport with your room. I would have stayed longer if I had known in advance.

They know there is a city charge but wait until you have booked in to tell you about it. Either mention it in advance or absorb it in your costs.

It was clean and lunch had good quality food. There is a lidl stone near by.

There was no fridge. Shower was not good because if you shower the water goes out of the shower all over the floor. A bit expensive.
