Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for maintaining spot-on cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, the entire studio apartment was spacious. The apartment also has a balcony with a beautiful morning daylight coming in, if the curtains are kept open. The apartment was very near to the railway station, pretty much in walking distance and the supermarket Lidl is just right at the corner. The apartment also has a small kitchen with cutlery, refrigerator and microwave!

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Rheine Falls. Located right in front of Lidl supermarket, we made full use of the kitchen. The balcony, though small, was incredibly cozy. Using the washing machine and dryer was straightforward with the app and costed extra. Parking right in front of the apartment added to the convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

It would have been great if we could have oven in the kitchen.

Enough space for two, most basics for a stay and a kitchen were there. One was very independent to get in and out, contactless. I see lots of positive points there. I would stay there again.

The floor wasn’t clean enough, it needed to be vacuumed or swiped and I didn’t have any of those tools. The sink splits water over the balcony in the bathroom and the shower wets all of it. The kitchen could have a bit more cutlery, like pasta holder and other few things, an oven wouldn’t be bad either.

Very new and modern apartment with kitchen. I liked it very much. The self check in was effective.

The bed was very small and the sheet even smaller. We did not find and extra one so I slept mostly without the sheet. I also asked about the parking and got the answer the next day in the morning, when we were already gone.

Lovely rooms. Clean. Comfy beds. Great location with supermarket across road and close to town and railway station.

Would have been nice to have Air Conditioning as it was very hot when we were there. A bit noisy with windows open as earthworks nearby during day. Difficult to extend our stay as nobody in office over weekend. Tricky parking system.

Easy check in and check out, new equipment, free night parking at the street. Good place to stay for a reasonable price on the way to Switzerland.

Ventilation in the bathroom did not work very well, and the bathroom door could not be left open, so we had to use a shoe to ventilate it. At the end it worked well. Bed is a bit small, but quite comfortable.

Easy check-in, quiet, clean, comfortable apartments. Definitely coming back (just booked the next trip).

Providing clear instructions for the parking drive in/out procedure (also in English) would be very helpful. It wasn't clear how to use the tickets - that you need to pull a new one when exiting - (If this is displayed at the check-in counter, then I must have been inattentive).

It doesn’t affect my feedback but is nice to know for other guests: (1) city tax was charged separately after we checked out. I was a bit confused by the automatic email about it afterwards. (2) the car parking next to Lidl is controlled automatically. So, if you don’t exit after 90 minutes, the fine of EUR 35 applies.

Very good location, hotel is new and modern, very clean and cozy, kitchen in the appartment, coffee machine and capsules:)

No Soap holder in bathroom. We came late and we couldn’t access the building and couldn’t understanding outside automatic system, so it took us about 20 min to enter-it would be great to have some instruction printed

Room was lovely spacious very clean great shower and balcony would definitely stay again. Forgot avery expensive jumper in the wardrobe contacted simone and she kindly sent it back to us, would definitely recommend Thankyou very much
