Fantastic helpful staff very sociable ,very willing to help over and above their call of duty ,it came across a very happy team which ment the ambience was cool and relaxed. The breakfasts were as other ibis but with that little bit extra extention to detail improved everything to 5 star quality. I wouldn't hesitate to make a deliberate stay there again in the future even though I'm from another country.

The hotel was very neat and clean. From our perspective, it was in an excellent location. Our destinations and also the city center were within a couple of minutes' walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was also affordable and varied. We warmly recommend the hotel for its value for money.

Almost nothing to complain. Water would run into the room from the bathroom floor unless a shower mat was placed in front of the shower threshold.

The hotel has a great location. It is very close to the train station, market, and the the city center. The staff is especially very kind and hospitable. The thing I like most about the hotel was the cleanliness. They speak German, English, Turkish maybe more :)

There was almost nothing that I didn't like about staying here.

Modern hotel with good facilities. As with all Ibis hotels, the rooms are small. Close to rail station and easy walk to town. You get 3 days of free local transport with your room. I would have stayed longer if I had known in advance.

They know there is a city charge but wait until you have booked in to tell you about it. Either mention it in advance or absorb it in your costs.

Close location to the train station, supermarket and the old town. Easily accessible. Good internet service

It would be better to have a kettle and a hair dryer in the room. During cold weather, having a hot drink is the best feeling. Room was abit small but it is comfortable though

Clean, close to the city (7-10 minutes), friendly staff. It's right what people say, room is small but enough space for two (no complaints on my end).

15 EUR parking fee per night. Expensive for a small room but guess it's caused by the (Bodensee)region.

It was near to everything (the city center, the train and bus station, grocery shop and the Shopping mall)

The shower area glass door was only one sided and the water splashes out so the floor outside the shower area was wet all the time.

The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioner. Simple but functional and comfortable.

The room is quite small. The half glass shower door is difficult to avoid flooding the floor after a shower.

Excellent breakfast

Booking.com states that room tax is included in the price, according to the hotel it is not, be prepared to pay this in addition. It's only Eur 4.0 so no big deal but htis should be made clear on booking. The standard of the hotel and staff more than makes up for this!

The hotel is located near the train station. Soundproofing is excellent. The amenities in the room correspond to the description. If desired, you can order breakfast separately.
