This was my second week staying in this hotel due to my first trip meeting my requirements. There was a booking problem between booking.com and the Hotel which caused us to get a different room than we thought. After calling the hotel and explaining the situation they were able to assist us which we truly appreciated since we had a week long stay and planned to work remotely (upgraded room had a bigger table). They did mention this was a one time exception. The Internet was stellar, including game streaming. I enjoyed the small but nice gym, it met my work-out requirements. The cleaning staff was friendly and attentive when we had small requests or if they came by when we worked. The location met our needs: Grocery store, bakery, restaurants and indoor swimming pool a short walking distance away. The hospital Solingen is about a 10 minute walk which is about as close as one can get. Finally the bus line is right outside.

It rained and you need to go outside 5 steps to get to the gym room. Looking at the positive: The fresh air was nice after the workout! Obviously this was not a big deal... on the flip side: Less sweaty patrons in the lobby. :)

Very nice, clean and modern rooms. Check-in is all digital which I like. There is a phone number for prompt assistance. The sofa bed was firm which I loved. Small but effective gym. Great WiFi. Overall I was comfortable and happy with this hotel choice.

This is informational, it did not affect my rating: The front of the hotel is on a road while the rear is on a quiet courtyard. Shower drain was clogged but promptly fixed the next morning by staff. The kitchenette only has the essentials. Bring your own salt, pepper and paper towels if you need.

the hotel was excellent. I was impressed that it had some items for use in the kitchen (eg electric eye, water kettles, glasses, dishes and products for cleaning them). the bed was very comfortable. ideal for a restful sleep. I would have preferred a slightly firmer pillow. the bathroom was very neat and clean. everything to perfection. everything was done using a password. I didn't meet any employees. I was nervous at first, but in the end it turned out great. moreover, the surprise with the breakfast was nice, for the way they offer it. basket outside the door. well done to the owners. I wish you much success!

in the hotel I found only one negative.. the soundproofing is at low levels. in the room I stayed in, unfortunately I could hear enough of the speeches from the next room or from the room above. couldn't tell exactly.. would stay there again if need be.

We totally enjoyed our stay here, although for 1 night only. Everything was great - room style and size, cleanness, small kitchen with all necessary staff, comfortable bed and matrass, modern bathroom, greeting coffees for special coins left in the room, the sports gym, and what is important - silence (our room was overlooking the inside yard). Definitely recommend this hotel, good value for money!

We had a problem with entering the hotel building (code did not work, however worked for the room itself), the staff said it was because of the outside heat, although it was below 30 degrees, so not that hot actually... So it would be good for the hotel to check the problem and fix it, not to disappoint guests in future. The rest was just perfect.

Really futuristic and comfortable manpower-less hotel. Check in works remote, access with codes (never failed). All clean and functional. Comfy bed. Attention to the check in time though, codes won't work before that. But since I arrived 1h30 earlier, I called and was granted access, so extra points for that. Nice little gym too. 1 complimentary coffee token. Breakfast box delivered to door quite enough and fresh food.

my room didn't have air conditioning and no small fridge, no kettle. Since travelling in May, there was not so much need for that, not a big problem. (would have been a 10/10 otherwise)

Large and very spatious room

The concept is contactless short term apartment rental. I haven't seen any member of the personnel apart from the cleaning crew who don't seem to come along during your stay (I was there for 5 days).

This was a 1-day addition to my original booking for which the staff extended my room. So no leaving or switching which I appreciate. Again very nice and clean, I was happy with my choice.

I just don't like your questionnaire. You start with a few question and then you end up with more as you go. This is extremly anoying. This is just playing with our time. Had I know the question would be more numerous than what I saw first I would never have answered anything and will never again. I hope the time I take to tell you this will serve.

The three of us stayed in room 7. Unfortunately, the room was prepared for two people, 2 sets of towels, 2 chips for drinks. The room itself is very stylish and minimalist, it is pleasant to be in. Unfortunately, I got a guest sofa, it is not intended for sleeping at all, at most it will be comfortable to sit on. The components of the sofa do not allow you to take a comfortable sleeping position, this is a very uncomfortable option. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was a little disappointing that the shower in the bathroom was blocked, the water did not flow, we constantly had to stop the water so that it did not escape beyond the sink. Also, the lack of hot water in the morning forced us to take a refreshing ice shower. In general we liked the room
