It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and no one tried to open my door before I checked out

The lobby and reception, where they also have breakfast is not open all the time. The person on duty when I got in late that evening as I was coming from Bonn was not there. But the phone number that he left for us to call when we are there wasn't in a clear location so me and another guy was standing there trying to figure out why the Kiosk wasn't working. But if that was the worst, that is pretty great!

This is a no frills B & B hotel, ideal conveniently located near the highway. We arrived late and only needed a good bed (which was excellent) to depart early the next morning. Free parking. All in all a good deal for 90 Euros per night.

We arrived after the front desk was closed, so we used the automated check-in process which was very convenient for two tired travelers. We did have to go to the front desk the next day to properly check-in but it was super easy. The location was perfect for us, the room was decent sized. We appreciated the on-site parking lot and a coffee vending machine in the lobby. We were able to secure some utensils from a kind member of the cleaning staff - they are not readily available in the hotel (and don't get included in the food delivery service that we discovered and used in Wiesbaden) - so that was awesome!

The AC wasn't working (well?) so we had to keep our window wide-open through the evening and night. Granted it's more hot than usual right now, but the heat made it hard to sleep. The window can't open all the way in the rooms with the bunk bed above the queen-sized one. There's not an elevator, which wasn't tooo bad because there's only three levels but without a balcony, we had to walk up and down between the lobby and third floor every time we wanted to have a smoke.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to several grocery stores and a great pizza restaurant next door. Decent breakfast.

Wasn't anything I didn't like. At the price, my expectations were low but no need for that, everything was fine.

The hotel is situated in a remote area with limited public transportation options after a certain time. However, Uber is available and the hotel staff can also arrange taxis. The room was nice, and I particularly enjoyed the bunker beds.

Basic but clean and comfortable . Stayed a second night, but frustratingly, I couldn't book via Booking.com... when I tried, I was informed that no booking was available. I then called the hotel directly, and the booking was easy.

The fact that I was not able to book via booking.com. The Ibis Budget Hotel was perfect for my needs.

I like they are budget friendly; and welcoming to me and my dog.

My only complaint is not being able to heat/store food.

Everything is as good as expected, it also has a bus stop right in front of it (which was moved exactly today, but that's common with Germany's transport system)

The place is right in front of a bus stop. Sadly the day I went we had an awful storm, and the system died, but the receptionist was super helpful and nice.
