I just love the breakfast buffet! So much choice, and all tastes fresh. And the staff was great - we managed to arrive a day earlier than booked (my fault entirely) and despite the reception being closed when we arrived, we rang their emergency phone # and they gave us a room and managed to stay friendly, despite dealing with an obvious idiot (me)... Thank you again, we'd have had to be sleeping in the car otherwise. We've stayed several times previously, and will very likely return again, provided they let me in :)

Shower cabin door didn't fully shut, and bath towels could be bigger, but I'm just being picky here.

The property was very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. The housekeeping ladies on our floor were very friendly and helpful-we appreciated their good attitudes and hard work. The hotel was out of the way of major traffic, but near to everything by car and we greatly enjoyed the area.

We booked over a year in advance with request of ground floor due to mobility concerns. However when we arrived we were given first floor with no possibility to move or explanation. One of our party was not able to come, so we had to modify our dates a week out, it is possible the guarantee wasn’t seen again when assigning rooms. The air conditioner stopped working after the first night, another necessity due to respiratory issues that was confirmed when booking. They did attempt to fix it, but the error remained. We were given a fan which helped, but due to my disabled son we were not able to safely open the windows, so the room became very hot. Much hotter than the hall or rest of the hotel. They were fully booked, so I assume that is why they did not offer to move us.

Good value for money, comfortable beds and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good! Good coffee (important to me :)) and plenty of options to choose from. Location is close to the highway so it's a good option to stay here for the night when traveling.

Room can be quite warm and we weren't there on a particular hot day. Because the hotel is located in a quiet area, you can leave the window open though which helps a bit.

Stay at this hotel was nice. The bed is comfortable, breakfast was nice, and there was plenty of free parking places. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Generally, good value for the money

Room was not ready even though we checked in quite late (around 5.30 pm). Because the cleaning ladies were rushing to hand us the room clean, some parts in the bathroom could use some more cleaning. There is no AC but a ceiling ventilator that works okay but we still found the room quite warm while sleeping. Consider to open the windows too.

With car, around 10 min or even shorter. 6.2) it is located in a quiet area for locals. We slept well.

Little details to improve: please install a sign to indicate the guests where to park cars without asking or stopping cars to explore.

Breakfast had a good variety. The Internet was also good most of the time. I loved the nearby biker's trail wound around a farming community. It was an excellent place for a walk. The balcony had a great view. There were places to eat nearby, and a REWE supermarket about 10 minutes walk away, for groceries.

Lack of AC or a fan that worked very well. It was hot, and we were often uncomfortable with the heat.

Located little bit outside but necessary services seem to be not too far. Effectively equipped room. Free tea & coffee in lobby where few tables with chairs for relaxation or administration are located. Excellent self-service breakfast with hot and cold food options and beverages. Underground parking garage and nearby parking options for larger vehicles are available for free.

Nothing at all! Only workaholics like me can miss office desk in room ;-)

The staff was very nice and polite, breakfast was delicious and very varied. The hotel is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to the train station and public transport. The room was clean and they cleaned it every morning. Free parking on spot or you can park on the street.

the room doesn't have AC but just a fan which works together with the lights. If you turn off the lights, the fan will be out of service as well. On hot summer nights that fan won't cope at all. They really need to upgrade their rooms on that point.

We were not expecting much, but it was a very nice place. Quiet rooms, very clean with all the necessities. We arrived on a Sunday, so received explanation and PIN before arrival (as explained on their page). It was all very clear and easy. Professional and friendly staff. The hot water and coffee in the lobby was a plus. Parking was very practical. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choices.

Nice and spacious room, good bathroom with everything you need. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean 👏 Breakfast was really good, with a great coffee machine. The hotel has private parking in a garage.

TV in the room is an older model, so you can't log into Netflix or other service, so you are doomed to German TV programs, since everything is synchronised. Another minus is the location of the hotel - it's a bit far from the city center, so you'll need to drive or take a Taxi/bus.
