Rooms were big, clean, and adequate in size, walking distance from the bus stop. Breakfast included was excellent. The value was good because of this, and if you use public transportation, it is a great deal

Location is a bit far from downtown, so you must take a taxi or use local bus transportation. There was no refrigerator in the room. Parking is 18€ per day, so that is expensive, in addition to meal costs being over €40 on average for lunch or dinner.

The room was very nice, with updated decor and beds were very comfy. I asked for queen bed, however received two double beds but not a problem. It would be nice to have a mini refrigerator in the room if you have beverages that need to be cooled. Very quiet room. Hotel bar area, with pool tables and foosball machine, very nice. Very professional, polite and courteous staff.

I was on travel orders for work and secured my room as normal with credit card, however indicated I would pay hotel bill cash. I am not sure why my card was charged for the room a day before checkout and then on day of check out they proceeded to take my cash payment. The hotel receptionist should have realized the room was paid, however they did not tell me. My credit card was then blocked for a suspicious charge. i contacted hotel, and they apologized and said they are re-crediting my card. My cc company has informed me as of Friday, the card/payment still has not been credited. I am returning to Wiesbaden and staff member is staying at hotel on 28-29 March and i will assist him with check in and I hope my card is re-credited prior to my return.

Terrific staff, easy walk to the military base, great breakfast buffet, good restaurant (with 10% off for hotel members!), lots of room to relax in the shared public spaces.

Bathroom fixtures a little rickety, tile needed some love. This isn't the hotel's fault but the area is very car-centric and the bus service is limited, especially on the weekend and in the evening, so getting to/from the city center and train station required planning and patience. There also aren't many restaurants or stores within walking distance (that aren't on base).

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great if you wish to be near the Hainerberg Exchange / military housing area (easy walking distance). Otherwise, not much immediately close to hotel except business offices, but there is a taxi stand nearby and taxis were always there to hop in and go. You can purchase breakfast at the hotel and they give you a discount if you add it to your bill when you check in. Coffee and food were good. Overall good stay.

The pool table in the main entrance is a fantastic and unusual addition. But it badly needs recovering (the cloth is completely threadbare) and some small repairs carried out (mainly the pockets). OK, so it would perhaps cost a few hundred euros but it would be worth it.

The hotel has great spaces for hanging out, having drinks, and the restaurant food was better than I expected. The bar/restaurant staff were very kind and patient with our big group! The room we had was a very good size, plenty of room to spread out suitcases. We liked that it had a full length mirror and place to hang clothes. The bathroom was also spacious with a large shower and lots of counter space. It looked more modern and updated than the room itself. There's parking, for a cost, but it's convenient. The location is fine if you have a car or want to take the bus, which has a stop just across the street. The bed was huge and comfortable. It's also nice that there is a little shop to buy snacks, wine, waters, souvenirs, etc.

We wished there a fridge in the room. It seemed some rooms had them and some didn't. There was plenty of room for one in ours. Not a huge deal though. Also there was no clothes iron anywhere on the property apparently. That would've been nice, but again, no big deal. The room was suffering a bit from wear. Nothing too bad, but some stains on the carpet, chips in the furniture, etc. Bedding was very clean though.

I will tell you right now, if you have never been to Pentaho tel, you are missing a lifetime of experience. A solid 11/10.

The bar and down stairs lounge areas provided a great relaxing environment. The room was spacious and very clean upon arrival and kept clean during my stay. I will definitely be returning and make this my top choice of hotels when I visit. The best part was the location as it was not far from any stores or restaurants

I decided to book an additional night and they made sure I stayed in one room and not have to change rooms. Customer service is top services and the location was perfect for me, just a very short drive to work. I could have walked as well but it was a little too warm for me!
