This is a great location for a stopover while biking/driving the Rhine. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is very good. The staff was very helpful helping me find a souvenir that is misplaced. The town of Biebrich is very small and not much going on, but the Schloss Biebrich (palace) and it's lovely and it's expansive park/garden is very nice to explore. In fact you walk through the park if going to the train station. I also recommend the bar/cafe adjacent to the Biebrich train station.

The room was 'OK', it was clean and was just a place to rest on our cycle journey home. but little touches made it better than some. When we arrived, we were told that coffee was available in the reception area free of charge, and as it was a nice day, we were recommended to take our coffee across the road and sit by the river (which we did). It seemed a bit odd as we had a proper cup and saucer, no cardboard cups, but it was nice just to sit on a bench in the sun. Just a shame that the coffee stops around 4pm (the coffee machine gets cleaned).

The view from our room was the rear yard (and in the shade), but some rooms did face the river and were in the sun all afternoon, so just our luck to miss the view.

It's right next to Schloss Bieberich and a shirt walk from the pier where you catch the riverboats through the Rhine Gorge. I spent two nights here and took the boat down river to Kaub and hiked from there to the Lorelei Rock.

I couldn't find any staff when I checked out, even though breakfast was out.

Friendly staff. Lovely location overlooking the Rhine, A selection of bars and restaurants next door on the river front, but best of all the Greek restaurant tucked away in the quiet back streets behind the hotel, next to the lovely park with the castle. Couldn’t have asked for a better Greek salad and hospitality.

Everything was fine, just a warning about the steep staircase with luggage. Otherwise, all good. A very pleasant stop over.

Nice area near water and the castle park, very nice when you have a dog! The beds were really comfortable!

We got a room faced towards the street, so a bit noisy if you want the window open at night.

Good location. Staff helpful, rooms not huge but we had a double and for a individual or a couple it was perfectly fine for the 2 nights we were there. Good location to explore from.

We parked on the road as no availability in the small car park. It was no bother really as we managed to park outside the hotel for free each day.

I booked 2 rooms and this is my review for the 2nd room. All good in my opinion, good location, comfortable but not huge rooms, did everything it needed to for a 2 night stay.

As mentioned in my earlier review, you need to book parking but we manage to get a space for free in the road outside the hotel anytime during our stay.

I love it!staff were very nice ,Así from reception was super kind, help for all also,My room was 2nd floor and there is not elevator,my bagg was heavy and I asked to changed my room ,he was very quickly to help me..thanks a lot ADI🙏 the breakfast was delicious,lady from restaurant very kind, thanks a lot❤️🙏I will come back definitely

Very good customer service, interior designed with great taste, comfortable rooms and nice ambience in this small but high quality hotel. There was even a separate bicycle storage. Also a small balcony in the upgraded room.

No AC in the room, but we were okay sleeping with the window open. The street was pretty quiet during a weekday mid-season night.

The kindness and openness of the stuff. Further I enjoyed the separation of toilet and shower into separate rooms.

The coffee mug in my room was dirty.
