The facility for getting coffee whenever you want was a plus. The shower room was very accessible for my spouse. The amount of parking was also ample as well as the location to get to restaurants/groceries was all walking distance.

The cleaning lady opened the door without knocking and announcing beforehand, luckily all of us was dressed. There was no door to the shower area so the water might splash everywhere when taking a shower.

No answer at the standard phone number when I had a check in issue. Molbile phone contact also provided and I received immediate help. Slightly creepy checking in to an empty hotel midafternoon with zero staff presence Stained carpets, but clean Basic bed—guests with bad back etc, might be uncomfortable

The decoration of the rooms and the reception area are well thought out. It was nice to read about the story of the pieces and the bear. I almost left the room again, thinking there was already someone else, because of the suitcase from the luggage rack. It was funny that I had to look twice. it was nice that we could get a coffee in the morning.

If it wasn't for the help of the other guests that just arrived, I wouldn't have figured out what to do at check in. The staff was very friendly, but ai thinknit would be nice to receive a little message about how to get the key up front. And maybe also some shower curtains or a door, so the bathroom doesn't flood with every shower.

I give this hotel experience a 10 because it really has an amazing price / quality ratio in my opinion and was way better than expected. I just needed a place to stay since I was visiting an event in Wiesbaden and did not need any luxury, but check-in was litterally 10 seconds with a code. Room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom even more so. Wifi connection was super fast (Free of charge), parking was also free and location is superb, just a few minutes drive from Wiesbaden centre and an excellent stop if on the way to other countries such as Switzerland. Finally, the check-out was smooth with a very friendly staff. Cannot beat the price / quality ratio in my opinion! BTW: Beds were also comfy and coffee and tea are for free as well.

We just wanted to book a simple hotel for our overnight stay on our way home from vacation, but the reviews from hotels near the airport weren't so great so we ended up here. It was so much better than we expected! Bit of an industrial area with office buildings, but easily accessible and quiet. The decor of this hotel is amazing, so fun and well thought out. Our room was great, high ceilings and nice interior. Awesome shower too.

The hotel is designed super cool. Great attention was given to the various design elements. The place is new, clean and very accessable. Breakfast had a large variety of dairy and meat products, bread of all types, sweets, cereals and more. Great coffee. My wife and I super recommend this hotel. It is very near the Franfurt airport (15 minutes drive)

Amazing stop over on a drive up north. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Perfect location next to the autobahn, but in a quiet side street. The room and facilities were all nice, creative and clean. The breakfast fullfilled all my wishes.

Nothing that really bothered me. But things that would have made it a 10: No carpet in rooms, better blankets and pillows, door for the shower, water in room.

Really nice and clean hotel. Room was well-appointed and the design was original. Loved the coffee/tea available in the main breakfast room. Breakfast was fresh and eggs were cooked to order. The ladies who worked breakfast and the reception were wonderful and extremely helpful.

Not crazy about the self-check in. Just my personal opinion. Would also be great if there were a few seats outside.

we could not check in.. there was nobody at the reception and the other guests had to help us to call them and give us a more information where we can find our key. they did not inform us before that nobody will be there...

Extremely friendly staff. There is well equipped kitchen/living room corner with coffee machines to enjoy and cute garden area to hangout in. They were also very accommodating to our vegan preferences.
