Food was excellent, friendly staff and extremely clean.

The Air conditioning in our room was broke the last 3 days of our stay. We reported this several times but it was not fixed. Very disappointed that they could not provide us with fans either. They did give us a late check out as compensation which was appreciated but the heat was unbearable at times.

A world class hotel with exceptionally dedicated and friendly staff throughout. The best entertainment team we have ever come across, so professional and passionate about their job. They truly made us feel welcome and made our stay unforgettable. JC in particular was the star of the team, with his exceptional performance skills and kind demeanour. His positive attitude and personal approach to guests made all the difference in our stay. Our little boy was chosen to be included in the Lion King performance and the entire entertainment team made him feel like royalty. They were outstanding in their performances every evening and we looked forward to all of their activities. The guest relations manager was also excellent and highly professional and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. A truly wonderful hotel with highly trained and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning venue and the staff are honestly incredible. So friendly and helpful particular shout out to customer manager ‘Mackron’ (apols incorrect spelling) but he could not do enough for our family. This is a fab place for kids, with a brilliant kids club team who are brilliant with adults too. Such positive energy !

Didn’t like is strong but we went in April and the pool outside our hotel was cold but I’m a warm pool person and there were other families loving it! I’m booking to go back for summer so I’m sure it will have warmed up.

The hotel is well-equipped with children's activities with a children's park & pool with slides. If you’re traveling with kids, this is an excellent choice. The beach is a few yards away from the hotel offering stunning views and is 15 15-minute walk to the old city (unsuitable for buggy walks as its a rocky area to walk), A delicious variety of food is offered during the day at 4 different restaurants inside the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We would like to send a special thanks to the Guest Relations officer I forgot her name. She assisted us on many occasions during our stay in the hotel and was very helpful and kind. She even made arrangements to find a nanny to accommodate our twins. On the day of our checkout, we forgot our bag and she made arrangements to get it dropped at the Airport with short notice. She is one of the exceptionally helpful staff and is an asset to the Hotel management. Two ladies at the Wonderland were very helpful too as they always supported us in taking care of our kids during the stay at the wonderland. This is a wonderful area for kids to spend their days as the place is fully equipped with all types of interests. The only downfall is the internet as we cannot use it at all. Overall stay is wonderful. Highly recommend!

No proper wifi facility... we didn't get to use the facility.

People say it’s not 5 star but they are not taking into account the amount of services that are on offer. Yes a room in another hotel may have more plush design but the range of activities, food choices from 8am-12am different places to eat and good quality of food for an all inclusive. Several pools entertainment sport access to sea. Etc I often don’t like the large room for buffet with noises smells but you have an outside space that you can sit out in with beautiful sea and Mountain View’s

Our stay was exactly what we wanted and needed and we were very happy.

Nice sea view, next to the sea shore with private sea beds. Large swimming pool. Free pool towels that can be changed daily. Various activities for kids and adults. Multiple areas with drinks, ice cream and crepes. Short 10min walk to the nearest village if night life is a must.

Food was just to salted and some of the dishes had a suspicious taste from time to time. The reusable glasses from the bar are not sanitized, just rinsed under tap water ( not drinkable tap water). We had to wash some of the clothes and they were washed all together so the whites bacame another color.

All inclusive food is great, a lot to choose from, they even have crepe and souvlaki stands in between meals. The Gelato corner is amazing as well. A variety of cocktails . Lots of swimming pools, every day different entertainment programs.

Can't find an empty sunbed. People come first thing in the morning, put their towels on them and go do their business, they just take the sunbed even though they are not using them. Could provide something from mosquitoes in the rooms , they are annoying as hell.

The staff were amazing extremely friendly nothing was too much trouble Food, entertainment etc fantastic as was the views

There was nothing not too like only thing I would say room looking a little bit tired but it is nearing the end of the season WiFi not brilliant

We had a great family room with a private pool. The resort is clean, well-organized, and directly on the beach. There are more than six pools, endless activities for kids and adults, delicious food, and a great spa. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nothing major. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The food was great, so much choice & different foods everyday. Everywhere was clean. The hotel is about 10min walk to Roda village. It’s a very relaxing hotel. But wouldn’t want to go in the height of summer holiday as I’d imagine it would be packed. The staff were friendly.

The wardrobe in the room smelt musty which I could smell on my clothes.
