Clean, very good hospitality and very friendly staff (all the workers in this hotel are very nice and very polite). Even the workers in the higher class hotels / much more expensive hotels aren’t as nice as the workers in this hotel 🤍🤍🤍🤍 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The room service also top notch, too nice. They gave me clothes hanger (gantungan handuk/baju) and they hang my clothes there so my clothes could dry, even though I didn't ask them to do that, thank you so much 😊 🙏 you guys are very awesome. One they I put ansign that I don’t need them to clean up my room but in the evening they asked me if I need them to clean up my room. The only thing that they need to upgrade is the “WIFI” in the room. The wifi couldn’t work at all, only work at n restaurant.

So far all good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, the Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the pool area with its relaxing atmosphere made the stay enjoyable.

There were mosquitoes in the room and around some common areas. Suggestions -The hotel could improve by carrying out more regular pest control to reduce mosquitoes for guests’ comfort.

I loved the spaciousness of my room with separate large bathroom, lounge and study area. I loved the staff who were so friendly and kind 🌹And I really loved the buffet breakfast which was FABULOUS!!! So many options and wonderful food ❣️ I loved the art and beauty of the interior of the motel and the amenities and was deeply impressed with their efforts to reduce plastic waste from water bottles. And I loved meeting real Indonesians from all over Indonesia and learning a little about their lives and culture.

I loved that it wasn't in a tourist area but that might put others off. I didn't like having creamer powder and not "real" milk in my room. But other than that, if you are looking for comfort, Old World charm, excellent service, beautiful food, luxury surroundings, and a real Indonesian experience, I would highly recommend Aston Denpasar Hotel and Convention Centre for your next stay in Bali.

Cannot understand why the customer rating on booking.com was only 7.5 (May 2022). Hotel was fantastic, staff were very professional, genuinely appreciative of customers, and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience with them. Some of the best sleeps I ever had in my life here, comfortable beds and luxurious bed linen, rooms completely soundproofed, ambient music played in all corridors (a nice touch) but completely inaudible once you closed the door of your room. Couldn't hear a sound from neighbouring occupied rooms either. Room was very spacious and has everything you need. The hotel leaves a keycard in the room so your aircon and minifridge and the likes are always on, ensuring your room temperature is perfect when you get back to it... shower and bathroom facilities were awesome too. My original booking was for 3 nights, but I was so impressed and satisfied that I extended it for a further 3 nights. I visit Bali a lot and this hotel will be my first preference in future. I cant recommend it enough.

Not a lot of restaurants close by, but that's hardly the hotels fault. The hotel has a decent restaurant anyways which isn't over-priced, and it's easy enough grab a taxi or hire a moped if you want to get around... there are plenty of warungs, KFC, Pizza delivery, Starbucks, etc within 10-15 minutes walk, so you wouldn't be stuck for choice in any case.

Close to the hotel there's a coofee shop and it was cheap menu on the list. And around that you can find warung with different menu if you like tried Indonesian dish.

The swimming pool was too much calcium.

Good location, but the traffic outside was always quite busy. Very spacious rooms as described. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The gym is not part of the property, we thought it was. Anyway we just paid separately.

Everything was good especially for family stay. Very appropriate for families that searching for quiet place to stay in. The staff were exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and there were variety of food.

Not that clean. They need to work in the cleanness of the rooms.

Location is at center of Denpasar city... Soo we can go everywhere very near, example to canggu or seminyak... There are car parking too.. Our room upgrade to room that have sofa guest room.

In parking area smell not good...

mosquitos - we were given insect spray to use at our own convenience but it didn’t help.
