It is cheap, clean and has a nice views. Stuff is friendly and always trying to make it comfortable. Location not the best - bad smell cause it is a rural market area but not dar from the center.

It has been good, this is my first time in Malaysia and with time I have really started liking the location of the hotel, it’s easier to reach all goto places. The hotel rooms are decent sized and have all the necessities. Something which hotel should urgently work on is getting the carpets washed, that leaves a slight bitter taste. Restaurant breakfast is good, but I wouldn’t recommend half board since the dinner menu is very restrictive and sometimes items in that menu are not available too. Had a couple of glitches on checkin, but what matters is how the hotel handled it and I am pretty satisfied with it.

Room and corridor carpets need to be cleaned ASAP for stains. Plus the restaurant breakfast and lunch menu needs to be different on daily basis

Fantastic value, Waking up to Twin tower view room was awesome, with sunlight onto bed and sleeping with lit-up twin tower was lovely too. Rooms are spacious and on larger side. Bathroom is spacious and toiletries are good. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. And to top it up, all the Service staff right from Receptionist, bell boy, and the nice gentlemen in restaurant who goes above and beyond in making sure everything is good, was exemplary.

Nothing at all! A pool would have been nice to have- but there is one in the South Inn, just next building- so not an issue.

I don't have the problem with hotel.. hotel was just fine... comfortable, friendly staff.. but the problem is with booking, it put description wrongly hence the room I got is not as per what I wanted.. I chose queen room with twin tower view and booking .com put the description as 1 large bed 1 single bed..which actually not.. according to staff, they have told booking.com multiple time to avoid misunderstanding yet booking.com didn't correct it till date😏😏.. so next time peep, don't really trust booking.com description

Great hotel. Although I'd recommend booking the South building (this is review is for the North building, right next door) (both Hilton Garden Inns) as it is the same price and has a rooftop pool and restaurant with a view of the three main buildings - Menara, Petronas, Merdeka 118. However, the North building has access to this rooftop and they don't do themselves justice on booking.com by not mentioning this or showing it in pictures.

Reception always only had one person working and there was often a long queue of people waiting.

The breakfast is basic but enough and I like the coffee station. The service is fine enough. After service to request for invoice is fast.

My room has a view toward twin tower however it's in Level 2 where i see the opposite houses which are very dirty that i dont dare to see it for the 2nd time =( I understand this is beyond the hotel's control, but if there are available rooms, I hope this one is given only as a last option. Next time, I’ll be sure to request a higher floor. At night time, It's very noisy- sounds like a truck doing something nearby and I had to wear earphones to sleep through it.

A Unique Perspective on Long-Term Hotel Stays Most travelers visit hotels for short stays, but I was fortunate enough to experience Hilton Garden Inn for an extended period. This gave me a deeper insight into the service, amenities, and overall experience that might not be noticeable during a brief visit. While the luxurious decor and high standards were immediately apparent, living here long-term allowed me to notice the nuances of the hotel's offerings. The Good: Comfort and Convenience Hilton Garden Inn’s location was a great starting point for my travels and work in Malaysia. The hotel provided a comfortable and reliable space to work and relax after long days. The rooms were consistently clean, with housekeeping always on top of things. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped make the long stay much more pleasant. They always greeted me with a smile, and their attention to detail made me feel at home. For anyone who appreciates high service standards, this hotel didn’t disappoint. The Not-So-Good: Areas for Improvement That said, there were moments when I felt the hotel could do more to maintain consistency for long-term guests. For example, the breakfast offerings sometimes became repetitive, and I would have appreciated a bit more variety or occasional themed meals. Additionally, although the hotel is great for business stays, there were a few occasions when the Wi-Fi didn’t perform as expected, especially during peak hours.

valet parking is convenient for those driving. breakfast was nice and variety. room is comfortable, quite spacious, many power plugs. twin tower view is nice, get to see the twin tower lights goes off :D location is good, easy access to anywhere.

Description in booking stated "private parking" so i was not aware that there is only valet parking, no self parking. i went around to find self parking but cannot find, until i ask at the reception. so heads up guys, only valet parking available. you have to drop at the front of hotel to unload, and the drop point is not spacious, have to double park during check in hour. wish it was stated clearly in the description. 2ndly, the description mentioned 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. from the picture i see some kind of sofa bed or a place to sit near the window, but there is no single bed/ sofa bed/ place to sit near the window, only 1 queen bed. so i find it misleading.

Location - Excellent location for sight seeing. Twin Towers and KL Tower are less than 15min drive distance, but if you are travelling at peak hour plan for additiona hours Staff - Excellent Staffs, very polite and courteous

Three things could've been better. 1. Room service did not replace the wet towels properly. 2. For a Queen Deluxe room the bed was a double bed. In the booking they mentioned extra FREE COT for child. But when asked they said its for infants and charges 110RM for each night for a child bed which is expensive. When the room can occupy 3 person, bed should be big enough or they provide additional cot 3. South Indian food was awful and can be made lot better as there was lot of south indian visitors to the hotel.

The room was good and spacious. We had booked Queen delux with view. The view is also good without any major obstacle. Breakfast is good but not fabulous. There are options for all. We were advised to order food from Grab which was easy due to the location. The mono rail station is at 250m walk. KLCC is nearby.

There is no bellman. You are not assisted with luggage. We had a lot of luggage. As the hotel is not level with the street and with stairs at different levels, it was difficult. Breakfast doesn’t taste the best but it is satisfactory. Insist for a non connecting room if you don’t want two rooms. The first night was unpleasant due to neighbours who knocked the connecting doors twice around 1 am in the night.
