Wheh we arrived, a desk clerk named Antonio told us, in a rude and ungracious manner. that we couldn`t check in because the system was down and we would have to wait about an hour. He didn`t even invite us to wait in the lobby, rather than sit out in our car, but we did so anyway. After about an hour, he went off duty without even looking at us and, apparently, without telling the newly arrived desk clerk about us. When my companion saw him leave, he once again approached the desk and we were immediately checked in. We stay at this hotel several times a year and have never before been treated this way.

Beachfront hotel with a very quiet and walkable beach. Room had a small patio with two chairs and glass sliding doors to let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Large shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water.

Restaurant quality, pricing, and menu choices of food. Very institutionalized and zero ambiance. Room service delivered a pizza from their kitchen in a box. No napkins, no cutlery, no seasonings. I ate numerous meals over my over my one week stay. There are better quality restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi was very unreliable and had a weak signal.

Location has pros and cons. The pros are that it's right next to the beach, and that it's very quiet. Cons are that it's a bit far from the central district, but not too long a journey. The staff was very helpful and told us exactly how to get there. The pool is nothing special, but pretty nice. The bed was comfy and huge. The room was very clean and smelled nice.

The hot tub was the same temp as the pool. The drinks from the bar at the pool were not great; the strawberry daquiri I ordered had barely any alcohol in it. The road traffic nearby is pretty fast; crossing the road is an adventure.

The hotel is right on the water (7 floors) with most rooms having a view and balcony. Rooms are decent sized and clean with comfortable beds. Our balcony was quite nice with a view of the water. The pool is good sized. The menu at the restaurant wasn't large, but the food was good. Service was excellent at every level. I have to congratulate the manager, because great service doesn't happen accidentally. The hotel had a lot of families and couples and didn't seem party central, which we appreciated. On a Friday night, it was reasonably quiet by 10. There is a conveniently located area for pets to relieve themselves. The policy is a bit unclear on how you are to wash sand off your pets after walking on the beach though.

We were told that pets couldn't be in internal or external showers, and there was no answer to where we should clean the dog. Checkout was a bit slow, as the room had to be checked before we could leave (about 10 minutes). We would stay again.

The breakfast buffet was delicious! The food variety was really a bonus. The hotel staff made us feel that we were staying and eating in a five star hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating. The ocean view from our room was amazing!

The building is much better when you see it in person. The staff is super friendly and the service is above of what you can ever expect. The restaurant has a good quantity of options and also they have buffet on weekends. Highly recommend the room with frontal ocean view (other rooms have good view too). The pool, The bar and Jacuzzi are excellent for the price. The beach access is very accesible, you can have beach walkings every morning/afternoon. Is going to be hard to find anything better for this price.

We finally got a room with a view and it was great. The staff were wonderful. The food was good. Rooms were a good size.

The plumbing needs major repair. Terrible noises happen after you flush the toilet. There needs to be a bar fridge in each room. The AC should turn off when on auto and then back on but it doesn't. Hot tub needs to be hotter and needs another stair to enter and exit it.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it had everything we needed and more. Right on the beach and with a very nice, clean pool and hot tub. Our room was comfortable and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We always stay here when we are passing through Mazatlan.

The breakfast food could have been better. We entered right at 7 am when the restaurant opens and nothing was ready. We had to wait for coffee and the waiter looked like he hadn't slept. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and yet friendly. The food in the restaurant was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. We ate dinner and brunch and the food and staff were excellent both evening and morning meals!

The lights on the deck stayed on a little too long. It would be nice to have a switch in our room to turn the light off earlier.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I traveled with my husky, and she enjoyed the hotel too. The pool and the jacuzzi were wonderful. And the hotel rooms were big.

The service in the restaurant over the weekend for breakfast. They lacked of staff, most of the dishes in the buffet were empty, and I was annoying to hear a lot of kids running and screaming.
