The restaurant and bar facilities were excellent. The wellness centre massage was very good.

The bed was too soft and the pillows were also too soft. The towels were much too small and there were no face washers. It was impossible to have a shower without water escaping onto most of the bathroom floor. No shampoo or conditioner.

Room was nice, big and clean. Bed comfortable, and food delicious.

There was only one kind of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo or hair conditioner. For 154€ per night I would assume there would be some more toiletries. Also one of the soap dispensers (one next to sink) was broken. On "kitchen table " there were only two paper cups in case we would want coffe/tea. There were no actual glasses of coffee cups.

The room and its ensuite bathroom were large and comfortable. A fridge and light privacy curtains would have been great additions, but even without them the room was very conveniently furnished. The location of the hotel shelters guests from unwanted noise.

The hotel charges its guests 10 euros per night for parking in its own underground car park.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Netherlands and beyond, but this hotel exceeds the 5-star conditions: very spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, cleanliness, very comfortable beds, good food, relaxation room, massage, sauna, gym and much more, I recommend it with confidence!

Two things, lack of a room refrigerator,and the bed, instead of being a true double, the bed had two single mattresses that shifted when you moved.

The hotel was in a great location for what we needed. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and there was no wait time for check in or out. We only ate in the hotel one evening and it was pleasant. We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. Rooms were warm clean and our bed was made everyday and fresh towels.

The hairdryer in our room did not work properly thankfully I had my own with me.

The hotel anounces that you can still have supper till 22.00h. It was 21.30h, we asked to eat something and yes, we could, but the staff was not friendly, the lady with the vacumcleaner was beside our table and the quality of the food was a 6/10. Afterwards, we went at the bar, this was a good and nice experience. Luckily.

Location was perfect, close to the station. We loved the room especially the spacious bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the choices for breakfast and the room service!

The remote of the TV did not work and the tv was a bit old so we couldn't hook it up to netflix. I didn't like that we only had a mini bottle of shampoo and no body wash. I would have happily paid extra to have those in my room already, I think they are quite necessary. I would also include a hair net not to get your hair wet during the shower!

The rooms where huge! Bed was very comfortable!! The walk in shower had a rain head which was luxurious and fantastic! The wifi was good enough to watch Netflix. The wellness centre was amazing to be attached to. The breakfast was amazing with huge range of options. The hotel has paid parking however we found it very easy to find free parking right out the front of the hotel. You could order food to your room.

The staff where a little cold, The breakfast open to late on some days that I needed to get away to work which was frustrating. The AC in the room was confusing to use. The wellness centre was amazing however for people not used to pool edict the pool areas are amazing however are communally nude (NO clothes allowed), swimming clothes only on Wednesday's. Didn't change my experience everyone is very comfortable and polite. (No phones allowed). Gym is closed for refurbishment due to covid.
