I stayed 4 nights in July, magnificent setting for walks in nature. Bus stop just outside the hotel with direct line to Arnhem. Staff are friendly and caring asking for feedback. Food is delicious and the historic building is themed decorated. Rooms are spacious and mattress quality is better than most Fletcher hotels.

Room cleaning is below standards. 4 nights they didnt change bedlinen, didnt vacuum the carpet, didnt refill soaps or coffee. You need to ask at the reception for the basics of cleaning. Pool room and water were very hot for July.

Beautiful view and room, no loud streets or neighborhoods in the area. Great positioning for a sunrise and amazing luxury. The room itself was large and minimalistic, lots of charging ports as well

Room service was subpar. Food was an hour late, they lost the order, Bathroom floor was stained near the shower heavily even after icput up a "clean my room" sign it did not get cleaned. The portions of the food was laughable. The burger was indigestible, the steak was stale and dry for a medium plus. Every meal had an uncanny amount of greens around it. The TV was low quality for the price, I have visited hotels 1/2 of the price and it already had s flatscreen 34+ inch tv, this tv had no smart functionality. My laptop got cracked after i came back from work, I'm assuming it fell when someone was cleaning it. I won't press charges or do claims, but still dissapointing

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night, a longer stay or even holidays - we got offered a clean and more than spacious room with 2 single beds, big balcony, free wifi and free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcoming! House keeping is provided every day; swimming pool and sauna is incl. and free of charge. We are absolutely happy with our stay and would book anytime again.

Consider that the hotel is located in Ellecom, a small village few kilometers away from Arnhem. To get somewhere you need a car or need to use public transport. We were travelling by car and happy about the free parking :) .

Location was good Parking excellent Resteraunt was also very good. Room was very unclutterd but fine and easy for staff to clean well..staff were very helpful and organnised All in all it well suited our needs but maybe a tad pricey but that,s Holland.

For events in Arnhem its just a bit out of the way but thats being picky. And it caters for large groups which if your not quick in booking the resteraunt etc you have to travel a way to find alterbatives.

Situated in greenery in a beautiful little village. Well worth a walk around especially if you turn right and right again. I had a lovely swim in the pool. Helpful staff at reception. Pleasant breakfast.

My sister in law and I prefer single beds. We couldn’t really separate the mattresses but the bed was easily big enough for the 2 of us.

The location is great. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We really enjoyed the small indoor pool , a perfect spot to relax after a day out.

The mattresses were not comfortable at all. They were so soft that you would sink into them and end up tilting during the night.

Location, grounds, ambience, it was a lovely 4 night stay.

I was planning to have some time in the pool before I left and couldn’t because it was being cleaned, had I known I would have got up earlier on that day.

Beautifully situated on an estate amidst more unique nature (De Veluwe). Well maintained and fairly large rooms with balcony. Thankfully no bath but a good walk-in shower. Staff is lovely and the terrace on the field is nice and cool on hot summer days. Prices are fair for a hotel restaurant. The room and balcony were nice, just a bit of a letdown that smoking is allowed on the latter. It sent smoke into my room from my neighbor’s balcony. The area is perfect for hiking- or bike activities. I took my own bike with me, the hotel has ample and safe parking space. The hotel is close to bus stops and easily accessible by car, train or bike.

The restaurant menu needs to come out of the 1980’s!!! Totally outdated choices and all dishes seem to aim at a maximum calorie intake as ‘value for money’. Room cleaning is erratic and some staff are clueless as to basic hygiene rules. I stayed for 6 nights but not once was my carpet vacuum cleaned or my toilet brush holder emptied out. I also ended up with a towel surplus of 8 within 3 days. They just kept coming!

Nice location, close to high way. Enough parking. Swimmingpool good. Did not try food & beverages. Overall price-quality very good.

Rooms are ok, but not state of the art. Price is accordingly.

The room was spacious and clean. It looks like the rooms have been recently renovated, which can not be said about the rest of the hotel. The location is good, in the vicinity of Veluwe.

The shared areas of the hotel are so basic and old. It doesn't look very welcoming.
