I liked the hotel as such. The location is good, the facilities are excellent. It was clean and comfortable.

I was a bit disappointed by my experience in the restaurant. I made a reservation for dinner when we checked in. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, our reservation could not be found. We had to wait a long time until we got a table. After that, it went relatively well until we finished our starters. Then we had to wait a long time for the main course again because of our lost reservation, or this was the excuse the waiter offered. The food was good, but it all had the taste of the dishwasher added to the taste of the food. I have never experienced that before.

Great hotel overlooking the famous "Bridge Too Far" at Arnhem. It's a 20 min walk from the exellent station. You can also walk back to the station and take a train out to the Airbourne Museum and Cemetary.

My journey there was blited by KLM flight delays (clearly not the hotel's fault!). Thankfully there is 24 hour cover on reception.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very nicely presented and the room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The restaurant served exceptional food both in the evening and at breakfast with a wide selection, all reasonably priced.

Nothing, my stay was perfect.

Whilst the restaurant food in the evening was very, very good, breakfast let it down. Good selection if cold food is your preference, hot food was cold and very salty. Seems to be an order your own omelette bar but was not manned / staff were not around for it.

Breakfast was the only negative side for the stay.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and efficient. Food and service very good. Good parking facilities, convenient shop, good pool.

Convenient and clean

I heard that the government had rented the lower floors of the hotel to house immigrants. Did really concerned us and seemed very unusual for such a Highend hotel. I am not certain if we want to go back here.

Room size, cleanliness, breakfast variety and quality, service, complimentary car park, nice spa and gym.

Only can say a not that positive point about the price, but it is in the Netherlands, hence may be understandable.

Unfortunaltely the spa was closed for renovation but i wasn t there for holidays.

We were upgraded to the executive corner room which was quiet. Huge room.

No slippers provided. No shower caps provided.

very nice hotel very clean and the service is excellent, the position is very convenient in and out I'm a regular customer every year for my 4 days marches in Nijmegen

the price is a bit expensive they should include the breakfast
