We liked the room; it was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but its quality greatly depends on who is serving it (a huge thank you to Tanja). They also offer real cappuccinos and latte macchiatos for breakfast. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool as well. The dinner was amazing, featuring a five-course menu. Special childmenu was also available and tasty.

The mattresses were too soft and felt old. Breakfast: Please offer more hot dishes. Not everyone wants to order and wait for a hot dish. For a 4-star hotel, it would be great to have sausages, beans, and baked tomatoes available near the hot omelet station. Dinner: There are too many dishes with espuma. The dishes are good enough without it, and not everyone likes it. Child-Friendly: You have many children in the hotel, yet there isn't a single play area with toys. It would be wonderful to have a children's corner in the restaurant and a room with toys.

these little things didn't affect the overall impression much, but still: - the main thing - take away the egg foam from the chef, it's in every dish, on the third day it wasn't funny anymore - poor lighting in the room and restaurant - steam sauna not warm enough - restaurant staff (when Tanya or Ahmet wasn't there) - long, confused, forgot - pillows

Everything in this place suggests quality and prestige. The team member who checked us in, redefined what high quality of service is. In general, the reception team is highly commended for their welcoming attitude and patience. The rooms are big, nicely decorated, with a great balcony with fantastic view. The bathroom could host a family by itself. If you like Tennis, I doubt you will be able to play in a court with a better view. Returning to the hotel at night felt magical. We went on a hike the other day and felt it was a mistake we just did not spend the day at the hotel.

As with many other hotels in Austria, the fact that it has no AC was a challenge for us. I think breakfast fell a bit short in rletion to other facets of the hotel but this is only because I thin the rest is so great.

wonderful Location, super nice and helpful staff, fantastic room, the whole atmosphere is great. superb breakfast, great restaurant. very kind with our dog, very helpful with our twin toddlers.

terrible beds. the mattresses were way to soft without any support, It felt like sinking into a swamp. I had to sleep upside down, that helped a little. those matresses or springboxes are too used or simply awful quality.

The hotel was unexpectedly great - the staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the whole atmosphere is lovely. We had a room with balcony and what impressed me is the bathroom was huge and the retro bathtub was a very pleasant touch. The staff was very helpful at every step, the breakfast was lovely, and in general the place is a really impressive experience.

The spa is maybe a tad small for the hotel capacity so in the afternoon, it gets too full.

The Staff. Absolutley amazing, could not be nicer. Location - stunning. Comfort 10+

Dinner. Unfortunately a real let down. Expensive and not up to standard for the prices and expectations. 12 euro for soup means the soup needs to be out of this world. It was not. Small portions of main course was terrible. We drove 5 minutes up the road and found a beautiful restaurant that served a choice of steaks, fish etc with nice sides and fair prices. Its really not difficult.

The place and surrounds are amazing. But there is something missing to full rating. Maybe... quality of food and staff behavior. It was good stay but I don´t think ever be back.

the property is like a movie , the castle the view the corridors and the rooms . the spa is just perfect to do in the evening with the swimming pool . the breakfast is more than enough .

The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. The man at the reception desk was polite and professional. I appreciated his personal touch by showing us the castle grounds and way to our room. He was very nice. The sauna and pool were fantastic!
