I liked the room, the staff who was friendly and helpful, the food and of course, the fact that the hotel is across the street from the fashion outlet mall.

I didn't like that the high voltage power lines were too close to the hotel. They generate strong electromagnetic fields, which might have a negative impact on health.

The location first of all - it’s the closest you can stay overnight if you plan an extended shopping session. It’s very clean* (more about that later), the breakfast is very good and there’s lots of options. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

As I said it was very clean, except we found quite a lot of ants in the room. Never had that problem before in a hotel, and I do not know the cause and didn’t have time (and will) to investigate as we only stayed for one night. I do not feel there was any threat to us as we didn’t have any food in our luggage, but for those staying several nights, bringing any sort of foodstuffs in that room would be a big no-no.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff and it was across the street from the Parndorf shopping district and in the same "yard" with a Sushi restaurant, steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Also, it's close to the A4 highway that leads to Vienna. The hotel is also dog friendly.

I did not know how to set up the room thermostat, so it reverted to a lower temperature. This is not a negative though, because I didn't ask the staff on how to set it up (they would have helped me) and we just stayed for two nights.

Great location for the Novarock festival in Pannonia fields, comfortable beds, good sized rooms and a great shower

The room was uncomfortably warm during our stay given it was so hot, and unfortunately the air conditioning doesn't cool effectively (I spoke with Reception who said there was nothing more they could do). We tried to keep the window open for some relief, but early morning sunlight and cars made it tricky to sleep.

We had interconnecting rooms, which was great for all family members to have their space. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were designed in a fun and quirky manner. We only spent 1 night here whilst travelling through and paid extra to park our car in the underground secure parking as we felt the area around the hotel was not as secure as we would like, with a car full of Christmas presents. The lounge area was really cool with a kids play area to keep them entertained, whilst we enjoyed a drink after a long day. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and we had a lovely chat with him. The best bit by far was the breakfast, it was exceptional.. Everything you could possibly want was catered for, laid out beautifully and of a high quality standard, there was even a pancake making machine which we had never seen before and the kids loved it!!

The rooms were comfortable and had everything a person needed but I could have done with a few extra pillows available.

Easily accessible, new, rooms are clean, beds and pillows are good (soft), staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free. Internet is free. We booked a room without breakfast but they informed us that the breakfast is free for children, which is a nice gesture. Lobby is great for kids. Lots of amenities for them. There is a pc and a printer in the lobby if you need to use. There are some great restaurants in near vicinity of the hotel.

The location is fantastic.. walking distance from the Parndorf outlet and fashion out let and C&A and some other shops. There are some restaurants next to it .. also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also there a little towns next to it ( 5 minutes by car ) The reception and all the people working there are amazing and helpful. And always smiling.

Did not have water boilers and coffee machines.

The cleanness of the whole hotel was beyond my expectations. Impeccable! Staff was super polite.

Keys for the entrance to the rooms were blocked 15 minutes before the checkout time and I could not enter my room, so I had to ask the member of the cleaning staff to open the room for me to take my luggage. If checkout time is at noon, then it is at noon, not fifteen minutes earlier.

Excellent location in parndorf outlet vienna

It was cold in the room. For this price, the guests should have the possibility to raise the temperature in the room above 22°C if they wish. There is not a single English language movie channel on TV. Bearing in mind that most of the guests are from neighboring countries, it would be nice to have a few TV channels on Slovak and Croatian language.

We stayed here during a cycling tour with my partner and were very happy with our choice. We could store our bikes in a secure, locked garage, which was a big plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before a long day of cycling. Highly recommended!
