The overall location was terrific and I was able to walk to many destinations or take an Uber. I had a double room which was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was enormous and had plenty of space to spread out. The double sinks were a nice touch and came in handy to share with my travel companion. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. Water was left for us each day and the little coffee maker in the room had really good pods to choose from. The rooftop pool is very nice and there are plenty of towels up there to dry off.

Very good breakfast. However, I understood that the rate I paid in booking.com included breakfast, but it did not. Excellent location with plenty to do around the hotel.

Some inconveniences when we arrived. Recommend having a better entrance when guests arrive in a rental car. There was no one in front of the hotel to advise where to park while we completed the check-in. The initial room was musty with humidity, but they quickly changed the room with no problems.

Phenomenal view from our eyelash window! Friendly receptionists and waiters. Breakfast was good. The king-sized bed was comfy.

We were under the impression via Booking.com that there was a free airport shuttle, but there isn't. 'not the hotel's fault, however. There was plenty of hot water in the sink, but NOT in the shower, as it was only warm.

The gym has not many tools despite being quite large. Guests can’t adjust the air conditioning on their own, which is quite annoying. 1 out of 2 elevators was out of order for a very long time

The location was perfect, very convenient for getting Uber or walking the path along the water. The rooftop pool was a very nice place to relax during the day. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from, and the bar makes a great gin and soda. I will definitely return on my next visit to Panama City.

My only request would be to have lights on the rooftop so we could enjoy it after dark.
