Lovely modern facilities and the room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location just a short walk to the main square. Breakfast was lovely, a great selection of fresh food available.

We didn’t know beforehand that to use the sauna you have to pre-book a time slot, so we didn’t end up using it as the one time we had available to use it during our stay, we couldn’t because we hadn’t pre-booked. The air conditioning also wouldn’t work so we were quite warm, but we didn’t bother speaking to reception about it so I’m sure they’d have sent someone to try and fix it if we’d raised the issue.

Breakfast was excellent, room was nice and comfy. The gym was ok but required some maintenance. Location was great.

The fact that lights in the room worked only if the key was inside its socket: I couldn't leave anything connected to recharge if I left the room and the AC needed to be reset every time. Parking was expensive and you needed to wait for someone to remove the cones to let you in or out

Everything was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious, bed is huge and comfortable. There even is a fridge with drinks inside (for purchase). Location is very convenient, just cross the street and a bridge and you're in the old town. Beautiful breakfast with a lot of fresh varieties.

Breakfast is quite expensive, although the breakfast itself is perfect.

Just every think! The personnel were always very friendly and helped with each requests or question of the guests. It was very clean in the rooms and the entire hotel, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of delicious variations. The location direct in the city center was very beneficial to discover downtown.

Great location at the historic center. The room was large and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night. Tea-making facilities in the room was good to have. Staff was polite and pleasant. We took the breakfast at the hotel once; it was quite good, though somewhat overpriced compared to what you can get in the cafes in the city. Parking was available.

Parking was convenient, but somewhat expensive (65 PLN per night). The WiFi was somewhat weak; we were there on a short leisure trip, thus it wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for those on a business trip. May depend on the room though.

I had originally booked a different hotel ,however due to the really hot weather we upgraded to Mecure primarily for the A/C and it was worth every penny , the hotel is well located some 20 mins walk from main rail station but there are tram stops taxi etc . across the street from old town area , very modern in feel and design very quiet hard to tell if there are other guests most of the time , friendly staff and the place is cleaned to a high standard . The a/c I booked for was very effective as both myself and wife struggle with the heat especially at night , there is a hot water kettle with supplies each day and also bottled water and a mini fridge all in all great with one exception WI FI bad signal .Breakfast is outstanding hot /cold items to many to mention , you can opt in or out of cleaning etc as suits but we found the staff did a great job .

Other than poor wi fi reception in the room it was a great place , it worked very well downstairs but in the room it was difficult to maintain a signal , same was true of the tv most channels are in Polish but you tube could be accessed but very weak and would drop out .

Hotel location perfect for us, just a short walk to a lovely park and The Square with bars and restaurants. Lovely comfortable, quiet, clean room. Breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere with a wide variety of delicious food, buffet style, well presented.

Couldn’t find fault with anything. All good.🙂

One of my favourite hotels. As a solo cyclist you are very well looked after and can put your pride and joy in your room! The staff are so friendly, rooms outstanding, breakfast sumptuous and location is great - literally 5 minutes walk to the square. And if it’s sunny get on the roof terrace and chill!

I booked a superior room, which was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed (Safe, coffee machine, TV, Tea making facilities, mini-bar, plenty of sockets, good free wifi). Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a lovely walk in shower. Breakfast was great with a large selection of food. The hotel has a nice bar and is very close to the old town, Staff were friendly and helpful.

You could hear the trams when they were running and they started running fairly early.

Convenience for shops, transport services, kind lovely staff, beds made every day, breakfast very nice and with various options available every morning. Good value for money.

Everything was ok no complaints at all.
