Breakfast buffet was just great with lots of selections that met my expectations. The staff was always helpful and went to extra mile to accommodate my requests. It was really hot that day but the A.C. worked beautifully.

I would have preferred more english speaking tv channels, face towels, having an iron and ironing board in the room.

Very friendly staff.Good location.I loved the breakfast,even those fussy people(like me) had options.Bar and restaurant options.Excellent value for money. Last but not least not far to Rynek which is something I recommend to explore

The offer for breakfast was very ample. Nevertheless it was visible that several of the food not consumed one day was reworked and re-offered in a different form the days after. Taking that into consideration, I still recommend the hotel especially because it is a 3 star hotel and compared to western 3 stars it is much better even under this aspect.

A very convenient stay with tasty breakfast and good restaurant

We stay at ibis since it was opened. It does need a slight refreshment. Such as exchanging of used pillows or fixing the shower gel holders.

Pleasant comfortable hotel a ten minute walk from the city centre. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Being at an intersection on a busy road may be good for those arriving by car but access on foot means crossing this road but although the junction has traffic lights there is no pedestrian phase to enable a safe crossing

Second visit and I’ll keep coming back! Staff are friendly, rooms are great and bicycles are stored safely inside. I thoroughly recommend the restaurant the food is fab. 10 minutes walk into town.

This hotel has become our preferred choice when we visit Grudziadz! The staff, facilities, rooms, and location are wonderful for the value. We look forward to our next stay.

The staff was lovely and the room was spacious and clean. It was also very well laid out considering it was a family room. Excellent choice at breakfast.

There was a wedding at the hotel during our stay and we were awoken couple of times in the night by the noise - the loudness of the music made it more difficult to go back to sleep.

Close to old town and market square with all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Super friendly lady at the reception desk who pointed us to the old town giving us tips where to park. Clean room themed for kids. I traveled with my 4 year old daughter and she loved it. Awesome breakfast. I mean it. The best breakfast I have ever seen in any chain hotel, beating even most expensive chains.

Nothing that I did not like. I knew exactly what amenities were offered and everything was as expected or better.

Strange "half doors" in the shower. Every time the whole floor in bathroom was wet and slippery after shower. There should be just normal doors or curtain...
