My third time staying at MDM Hotel, been here for many weeks on every visit and it's a perfect experience. Everything is tidy and well kept in this hotel. Great value for money! housekeeping and reception staff are very friendly, attentive and professional, the rooms are renovated, adequate lightening and beds are large and comfortable. Shower and water pressure are excellent as well. The Deluxe rooms provide beautiful views of Constitution Square, and even though there is noise from the street - when the windows are closed it's very soundproof. The location cannot be better, it is right in the center of Warsaw but in a quiet and safe district, Palace of culture snd science is 15 minutes away by walking. Regarding the breakfast - i did had one time and it's quite good and abundant and there are also lots of restaurants and coffee shops in vicinity to choose. MDM hotel is probably the best choice to stay in Warsaw. Very recommended!

There is nothing negative to mention...

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel and i can only praise this place, everything is outstanding. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated, great and big beds, bathrooms are nice, the AC works perfectly and the windows can be opened up so there is fresh air flow as well. Room service and reception are always friendly, professional and welcoming to any request. The location is wonderful because it's in the city center but in a very quiet and safe area. Lots of restaurants and coffe shops nearby and Palace of Culture and Science is 5 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes walking. This hotel is a perfect value for money in Warsaw. 5 stars!

Nothing...everything is flawless.

One of the best hotel experiences in Warsaw and in Europe, stayed here many days and everything was great. The rooms are renovated and new, the shower is very good and the beds are big and comfortable. There is a lot of space in the Deluxe rooms and they feel like an apartment with the amount of space and storage they have. The deluxe rooms have big windows that can be (partially) opened and they allow fresh air to flow in which is a big bonus comparing to other hotels that has problems with ventilation in the rooms. The cleaning service has worked like a swiss clock everyday and they are very efficient and professional. Reception were very kind and always friendly attentive to requests. The location of the hotel itself is top notch, in a beautiful and central district of Warsaw, there are many restaurants and a Green Nero Coffee shop just in vicinity. I can fully reccomend MDM hotel to anyone who is looking for a great value for money hotel in Warsaw. 5 stars!

Nothing...everything was flawless.

Been here few times and can honestly say this is a perfect choice to stay in Warsaw, MDM hotel is a wonderful, cozy, practical, comfortable and great value for money hotel. The location is very central, the hotel staff are always very warm, professional and attentive. House keeping works around the clock to keep the place clean and tidy. This is the best place to stay when coming to Warsaw without hesitation. Whole heartedly recommended!

No flaws to mention

The hotel has undergone a general renovation. The rooms are modestly but tastefully furnished, so there is nothing to find fault with. Comfortable beds, white clean bedding and towels, and importantly, a decent curtain on the windows protected the room from overheating. Nice and helpful hotel staff. For us, it was a pleasant return after a few years, so we can safely recommend it even for a longer stay.

There is nothing to improve, but it may be worth mentioning that there is quite a lot of traffic until late hours, and above all, night driving in sports cars does not really allow for sleeping with open windows, but this is not the hotel's fault.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 5 times already. The location is great. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The AC is working perfectly. Bathrooms are big and clean. The cleaning staff is doing perfect job. They recently have installed the water machines one each floor that provide still and sparkling water. I love how there are lots of good places to have breakfast or lunch are around the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like about the room is the number of the lights. There are so many switches for small unnecessary lights that one would prefer just several ones that can make the whole room bright. And I had a small accident once, I came back from outside in the late afternoon, the room has already been cleaned, so I locked the door and went to take a shower, after that I lied down on the bed to have rest and suddenly someone knocked my door and just opened the door in a second while I was undressed on my bed, I jumped out to grab the clothes and I heard the woman leaving immediately saying “sorry”. That was a really really awkward and unpleasant situation. Since then I had to leave the sign do not disturb for all the time I was in the room. Really weird.

I stayed in a deluxe single for 7 days since no regular single rooms were available. I would choose a regular single room as the price difference is not justified (70 vs 110 euros/night). The room was clean, big enough for several people. Bathroom was very clean, the cleaning lady would come daily and make up the rooms. You get 2 free water bottles each day. This was a nice touch.

Breakfast had a good selection but did not change at all during my 7 day stay. It was a bit of a letdown to have the exact same choice of food every single morning. The quality of the food was ok but more variation is needed. The Wifi connection is not password protected, and this poses a security risk.

We had a really nice corner room with cool city views from 2 windows. It seems to have had a refresh so the room was modern and comfortable with plenty of space. The bathroom was clean with a really nice shower. The location is also excellent. We have previously stayed closer to the train station, but this was so easy to get to by tram/bus that it wasnt an issue, and it is also in a really nice neighborhood for restaurants and such. Great food hall only a few minutes walk away too. We didnt have breakfast here so cant comment on that, but plenty of bakeries nearby. This place has a bit of history to it, and that also makes it a bit special.

A really minor thing, but the quilt was a bit small, and only one, not the normal two that you often get in Europe. The sheets also seemed to be a bit stretched and not fitting the bed well. This should in no way impact your stay though! We were perfectly warm and comfortable.

For the price you’re paying, it’s really good. We didn’t choose the rate that included breakfast, but it seemed complete. The service was good, and the room was spacious (considering European sizes). Overall, it’s very nice. The only thing is that, since the hotel is on a main street, if you open the windows at night during winter, you can hear some street noise. However, it’s nothing unbearable. What I did was open the window a little to cool the room and then close it again. The windows were soundproof, which helped a lot. Location is perfect everything well connected

It was our first time in this hotel and we'll definitely come back. 1. Hotel is located on a busy street so you have lots of stores and restaurants around which is definitely an advantage + it's close to the old town and to the train station (15 min by feet). And hotel is nice as well, it's not new but everything is repaired and looks modern + there are some board games in the lobby and a good bar with a nice view. 2. Staff is very nice and welcoming, we appreciate it a lot. 3. Our room was pretty spacious (not huge though), the view was wonderful, we had all we needed including refrigerator, kettle and all necessities. Awesome! Thank you!

Everything was great! The only disadvantage is that windows couldn't be open. Of course, there was a great AC in the room, but sometimes fresh air is needed :)
