Cosy lobby bar, really friendly staff and superior breakfast. Spa facilities were overall very nice.

In the sauna area of the spa, there were signs that no swimsuits are allowed (also big symbols of it on every sauna-door). However, there were group of local youg men being really noisy, wearing shorts, and, top of all, commenting loudly over bodies of female spa guest who prefer to do sauna according the rules. The staff ignored the disturbing group, and rather greeted them as regular guests. For outside guest it was awkward to observe such a disrespectful behaviour from the group. Far for being a relaxed sauna experience for everyone else.

As a regular guest and a longtime fan of Radisson hotels, I can confidently say that the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sopot consistently exceeds my expectations. The rooms are always impeccably clean, and the entire staff shows remarkable patience—even with the most challenging customers. The restaurant here has genuinely become one of my favorites, thanks to its fantastic atmosphere and consistently excellent food. A special mention goes to Miss Tatiana, who went above and beyond in making our recent visit unforgettable. Her attentive service left a lasting impression on both myself and the friends who joined me on this trip. Because of her exceptional hospitality, I will be enthusiastically recommending the restaurant to everyone, even those not staying at the hotel. This level of dedication and quality has truly solidified Radisson Blu Sopot as a top destination for both dining and accommodation.

While I've always enjoyed staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, I must say I’m disappointed by the recent changes to the spa policy. The restriction of only 1.5 hours of pool access per day feels limiting, especially as a hotel guest who expects to fully enjoy all amenities during a stay. This time constraint takes away from the feeling of a complete, relaxing experience that was once a highlight of the hotel. I hope the management reconsiders this policy to give guests more flexibility and a true sense of the full package that Radisson Blu is known for.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sea. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The swimming pool was a highlight – especially since they even had a separate pool for kids! They also have kids room with a lot of toys and activities. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to tanyoney looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with kids.

Everything was perfect

I’d like the cleanness. Everything was really clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the fact that you’ve got proper little coffee Nespresso in the room. Comfy beds. Balcony good size. I like the idea of eco friendly bags - thank you for sweets. We also liked the facilities- spa section is really nice.

Well - no menu in the room. Termostat is not so straight forward unless the temperature stays solid and no matter how if increase or not won’t change. The room was bit too cold. Parking but too expensive in out of season.

Great big rooms, comfy beds, not too much noise from others. Hotel almost at the beach, 20-30 min walk to centre of Sopot. Amazing Spa and wellness - best massage of my life! 1 hour spa included in price everyday. Great choices at breakfast also for allergies and special diets!

overall super amazing experience, just two tiny things - our sink in bathroom was stuck, and the breakfast is stopping very sharp on the hour, specially in the weekdays

Location, modern hotel, excellent staff, big and comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds ,good breakfast and big selection of food to choose from. Freshly baked bread was delicious Pizza dough was very good Bottle of good wine available in the room for extra charge 1x bottle of still and sparkling water free of charge would be nice instead of tap water

A bit dusty, hair in the bath and water marks on the taps, cleaning needs to be improved or staff need to have more time to clean, scratches on the furniture, need to be repaired. A bit to salty pizza (very salty olives) Coffee machine could be on the top of bamboo pod drawer instead some kind of fake leather (difficult to open and peals off a bit, look cheap and uncomfortable to use ) Would be nice to have slippers and a bathrobe

The hotel is very well located with a few minute walk to the beach. It is new so all the facilites and the rooms have the feeling of freshness. I got a superior room with a terrace and it is really spacious with a very wide bed. The bathroom has a full sized bathtub - sadly with no curtain so when you shower you have water all over. The spa and the swimming pool are also great and definitely worth a visit- even though you are only allowed 1 hour as a hotel guest which is annoying.

There are just small bits that need attention: breakfast- the selection and quality of food is really good still if they prepare omelettes earlier and then let them dry and cool off at the trays then they are not tasty at all. The same goes for sausages which in theory are in the heated containers but in reality they are really cold. In the spa area you can't control the water temperature in the showers- this is something which should be looked into given the prices of the passes if you want to be their fitness club member from outside the hotel.

Great location away from the buzz but still a short walk away. Proper gym, restaurant area, rooms with balconies...

Staff doesn't keep up with four stars. Might want to school them in service before the season(?). Absurd Dog policy: You can't bring the dog to breakfast but you can bring it for lunch in the exact same restaurant. It's 2024 come on!

Comfortable and modern building within walking distance from the beach area. The a la carte restaurant was very welcoming, and the food was delicious. The pool area was more than we expected, but the spa facilities were unclear on what was included in the fee. The play area was a bonus. The reception staff were very helpful, except for one occasion where one member of staff became slightly arrogant, and I had no choice but to email the hotel to fix the issue I expressed at the reception. The issue has been dealt with within moments of emailing.

I was not aware that animals were allowed in the hotel. The lifts and corridors were smelling of dogs, and there was sick from an animal on the carpet that took more than 24 hours to clean. The chef's dinner was definitely not to try choice, and I wish we were told more details on it as we expected much more due to the way it was promoted by the reception staff. The money paid for that evening has been refunded as clearly there was a misunderstanding and we continued eating in the main restaurant after that incident. The lower ground floor is very spacious, and some of the bar could have moved into that space, as the upstairs felt a bit crowded, and the lower floor had plenty of empty space to entertain.

I liked the atmosphere, the room, the breakfast, the spa and pool area.

From our balcony We saw a little girl balancing on the roof of the pool. I ran down to the ground floor, but luckily she had returned to a safe place. It seemed that she had been in the childrens playroom and gone out through an open door that led to the roof. I asked the receptionist to keep this door locked. Unfortunately there were some problems with electricity, so spa was not available one of the days. It would have been nice with a little more comfortable furniture on the balcony.
