An elevator would be great but we understand it’s not possible right now and we knew that before booking so it was not a surprise. Our bags were brought to our rooms on the 3rd floor no problem.

Excellent location and views to the front of the hotel. Very good breakfast buffet selection and usually plenty of outdoor seating. The staff were very ready to assist with luggage to the car park and to our room as there was a power cut on arrival day leaving the lift out of action.

We had not been aware that the waterfront area outside the hotel was an attraction for the late night (3a.m. on Saturday night) party goers. That was by no means a reflection on the hotel but future plans to double glaze the windows would be welcomed by us.

Location was perfect, right on the water and surrunded by restaurants and bars, carpark at the back for just 5 Euros per day was great too. Lots of beaches nearby. Breakfast ws delicious, and lovely to sit on the front terrace overlooking the water and watching the early morning goings about of the local people. We loved having a sea view balcony too.

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift!

Lovely location , terrace overlooking the bay and marina, so always something to see. Very traditional small hotel , nice feel to it.

Tim's bar next door very noisey with customers out in the road up to 1.00am Incredibly inconsiderate to locals and hotel residents. Ear plugs for us next time

Location perfect, in the middle of the restaurants and bars, amazing view, room very clean, large beds, comfy linen, staff excellent, lovely breakfast with exceptional views. Great value for the perfect spot in Port d’Andratx.

Hotel in places is a little tired but keeps in line with the traditional feel character of old building so I was fine with that. Rooms are a little noisy.

Breakfast room was superb overlooking the sea and breakfast was lovely. All very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was prime position and had lovely dinner on the pontoon.

Room had a super sea view but was a bit disappointing needs a refurb which apparently is happening next year. Small bathroom would of preferred walk in shower. chairs on balcony need replacing. Didnt like paper cups for tea/coffee in the room or 2 single beds pushed together classed as a double.

Lovely hotel. In the best location. Staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Starting their renovation but you wouldn’t even notice any noise or discomfort. Breakfast fabulous. Second visit for us and will definitely return.

Would be good if there was a hairdryer in the room as you had a go down to reception to borrow it. Also lift was broken the whole time we were there. A huge seagull also flew down and pinched a croissant off my breakfast plate while I was sitting there 2 mornings in a row!! … definitely woke me up!!

The staff made our stay so special. They are so friendly and take care of everything. Our flight was at a 11pm so they let us stay in the room for the day so we could rest which was very kind. Breakfast is included and there are many varieties of fresh food. The location is just perfect, right in front of the port in the centre. You have plenty restaurants and shops around you.

I have stayed at the Brismar many times before, each time better than the last. Thank you very much to all the team! The room and the breakfast were fantastic as always, and the waterfront restaurant is phenomenal.
