The Hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area with an amazing beach and plenty of free sun beds available for guests - both on the platform near the sea and around the swimming pool. We didn’t visit the main public beach as it was less appealing than the wild beach just behind the hotel, where the water was crystal clear and blue. I also enjoyed the wonderful terrace under the big pine trees. There is a bus stop about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, with direct buses to the airport and Palma. The staff were polite and helpful enough. There is no entertainment outside the hotel, only a few shops. Tourists are 70% British, 20% German, and 10% of other nationalities. I would like to say a sincere thank you to the hotel administration. I am grateful for a wonderful holiday.

There was a variety of food, but it wasn’t very tasty. We chose all inclusive option, and that turned out to be a good decision, at least there were plenty of fruits. If your room faces the swimming pool, you won’t be able to sleep at night with the balcony doors open because of the noise.

We had a wonderful stay at Alua Hotel! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and it was the perfect spot for a special getaway. A wonderful experience overall, and we’d definitely come back! The breathtaking sea view, perfect beachside location, and easy access to explore Mallorca made it ideal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the food - it was fresh, diverse, and offered something for everyone. Finally, a hotel that doesn’t just pretend to be 4-star place.

The view from the hotel room and pool was stunning. Breakfast selection is great and if you miss lunch there is always some fast food cousine in the pool bar. The reception staff is lovely.

I was shocked to find out you can use the pool only until 7 PM - you can see that the hotel is very family/kids oriented. Maybe that is something you should mention in the description. For someone that would be pro, and for the others it would be a con. Although, you have an area for adults only but that also works until 7 PM. The rooms are very old and if you book the double bed you need to watch out because that is just two regulars bed next to each other so they do move while you are sleeping. The cocktails are very low quality and every cocktail tastes the same - some kind of a cheap syrup? Idk.

I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! The view from the window was absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the trip. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The food was delicious and varied every day — there was always something new and tasty to try. A huge thank you to the team for helping us organize our event — everything went smoothly and perfectly! The entire place is spotless and very well maintained. The furniture is new, stylish, and adds to the overall cozy atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the indoor heated pool — such a relaxing bonus. Located right on the beachfront, with direct access to the sea — you can’t beat the location. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is clean and modern, has a lot of room and facilities to relax and chill. Ross and the reception staff were welcoming, informative and just excellent, Ross made our stay even more memorable. Sergio at the restaurant was very polite and hardworking! The location is great for chill experience and very beautiful. I loved my holiday here and Alua resort was amazing. All inclusive option is well worth it.

The food at all inclusive was a bit too oily as they put oil on every single thing. The choice was broad and you can find a lot of nice things to eat so can’t complain but would be nice to have some less fattening options there. Was really expecting some nice refreshing salads like greek salad for example and strawberries would have been lovely.

- Perfect location close to the beach - plenty of beds next to the swimming pool, the guests don't leave their towels early morning on them - easy to get from the airport - very good work of reception (special thanks to Pilar and Natalia who always were helpful and friendly) and waiters at the restaurant (always polite and with a smile, they made sure that there were no dirty plates piling up on the tables and that you enjoyed your meal at a clean table) - nice and friendly staff - availability of local cuisine at the restaurant - good Wi-fi (I worked online from my room)

- the cleaning of the room wasn't regular, the bed- clothes weren't changed in 7 days - some days the meals at the restaurant weren't tasty (the worst sushi I have ever tried), and tilapia mostly every day is too much. You see a lot of food but it's not appetizing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Camp de Mar, Mallorca, and I can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The location is simply perfect, nestled in a picturesque bay with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is just a stone’s throw away, offering crystal clear waters and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the island. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic pool area surrounded by lush gardens, a well-equipped fitness center, and a spa that offers a variety of rejuvenating treatments. We particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was exquisite, showcasing local flavors with a gourmet twist.

We had a great time! The rooms were really comfortable, and the area is beautiful. The beach is right there, and it's so easy to get to. The staff were super welcoming, right from when we arrived at 4:30 am (our flight got really delayed), and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, Alex in particular was really nice and really tried to help us have a good time! The food was solid, in my opinion; I especially liked the vegetable paella that they had for lunch one day. And the indoor spa area (with a hot tub and pool) were fun too. All around, we had an amazing time and would 100% recommend! It was a great value for what we received (we did the all-inclusive option).

More chefs are required to keep up with demand at breakfast Bars close throughout the day, so you feel you are chasing somewhere to get a drink. There is no toilet on the adults only level. There is an additional charge for adult day beds and also loungers on the sea front The selection of wine and beer on all inclusive are poor. The entertainment was poor. Evening productions were amateur, and day time "yoga" sessions were not yoga at all.

Range and quality of food was excellent. Room was comfortable, well air conditioned, clean with lots of accessories. Staff were brilliant and always smiling. The poolside entertainment was brilliant, fit for all ages.

More tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, with daily top-ups. At poolside bar, it needs extra cocktail machines as these take the time and there is only one, which keeps the overworked staff very busy. More bar staff.
