The hotel is beautiful , the room is clean and nicely decorated. The location is great. Breakfast is lovely! The grounds are very pretty.

There seem to be no rules around the pool so it’s not a very relaxing place to spend the day. Kids (and adults) were dive bombing continuously soaking everyone around the pool. Yet no lifeguard or anyone monitoring from a safety perspective. One family took their baby to into the pool with no nappy! It felt as though maybe they were short on staff and this caused stress for the staff at breakfast time. Guests would arrive and there was no one to greet us so we would just sit down anywhere, then we would get told off for sitting down in the wrong place. Put someone in charge of welcoming guests at breakfast as this would solve this issue. A small tip but there was no mirror in the bedroom (only one in the bathroom) and no fridge.

all the staff were very helpful and eager to please. the food was exceptional, and really suggest going for full board, especially during the winter when the local restaurants are closed. breakfast consisted of a full-on buffet, and seeing many German's like to stay there, the selection was too their taste, i.e. cold cuts, cheeses, olives, eggs, etc. couldn't believe how scrumptous the evening 3-course meal was with starter, main course, and desert. full on ! even if not staying at the hotel a meal at 'Chicos Del Mar' will definitely not disappoint !

heating in the room was not good. it was cold when i arrived and the room was freezing. took a while with a member of staff on how work the heat, but the room did not get warm for two days. unfortunately i got chilled and came down with a terrible cold.

Hotel is lovely! It's like a museum. My little boy really enjoyed discovering all kind of vintage art and toys. Outdoors there is a beautiful garden, lovely atmosphere. Pool was a little too cold in November but I jumped in anyway. It was great to have breakfast outside in the garden every morning. Breakfast has a lot of options, although could have more hot options. We had two dinners at the hotel and both were really delicious!! And the staff at the restaurant and reception were so lovely, everyone was so nice and friendly. And one more thing, go watch the sunsets on the beach, absolutely amazing!

I think there is a misleading photo, which gives you the idea that the hotel is like 50m from the beach. It's not, that close, it's about 6-7min walk, so I was a little bit disappointed at first. But it's not a major thing at all. Breakfast could have more hot meal options, otherwise it's very good.

This was my second visit to this hotel and it was every bit as lovely as the first! The Bella Colina in Peguera, has completely mastered how to make you feel relaxed from the moment you step through their door. I'm not sure if it's the hotel's airy, quirky chic or the sheer loveliness of all the staff there, who despite being busy making everything just right - do so with a noticeable absence of fuss and bother. There is an elegant pool area with day beds, which is set in the privacy of the garden - for those who enjoy a refreshing dip and a sauna too. Also worthy of mention, is the hotel's restaurante Chicos del Mar, where we enjoyed delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes served in a relaxed setting of soft ambient music and candlelight. Whatever the hotel's secret  - it's a winning combination and a truely charming place to stay.

That I didn't stay longer!

Loved the location short walk to the beach shops and restaurants. The rooms were fab very clean and comfortable with a good size balcony overlooking beautiful gardens and the pool. We could not however find any English Channels on the TV but reception staff did offer to find them for us. Due to our short stay we did not pursue this. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been helpful.

Gorgeous Location, just steps away from the main street with lots of cute little shops and many restaurants. About a ten minute (barely) walk to the beach. Gorgeous hotel grounds and facilities. Spotless rooms and bathrooms, cleaned and tidied each day. Great service but somewhat empty during off season and can be hard to reach employees--to be expected. Great breakfast each day and friendly staff!

This hotel was exceptional. The service was outstanding—staff were incredibly warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved my stay here. The 24/7 reception was especially helpful when my husband and child fell ill during the night; they promptly provided fresh sheets and took away the soiled ones. This is where you go to avoid too busy hotels and stay in a calmer environment with your child. WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Also their restaurant is amazing.

These are not complaints but minor observations: The "sea view" is not quite accurate. The view is partially obstructed by trees, and the sea is farther away than the pictures suggest, so it's more of a pool and terrace view. It's still nice, but not worth the extra cost. The pool was clean, though occasionally petals would blow in due to the wind. A light cleaning in the afternoon would be appreciated to keep the pool clear for swimmers. Additionally, the extra bed in the room is quite firm. It's suitable for a child, as they are light and the mattress is thin, but it might be less comfortable for an adult.

Upgraded my room on arrival, so had a large double with a private garden and sun loungers. Largely female staff - who looked out for me as a solo traveller, they were always friendly and on-hand to help. I had breakfast/ dinner included in my room rate - both far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet also featured snack options and tapas-style dishes- beautifully presented. Dinner was a choice from their 3-course menu, and the hosts were friendly and negotiated my specialist dietary requirement - I was blown away that they could not only accommodate me but remembered my choices on my second day. Large bar options - The weather didn't allow me to use the pool or sauna but I did catch a few rays sitting on the terrace in their well-loved gardens.

Great garden and very cheerful woman at the reception. Breakfast was pretty fine. 10 min waking till nearest beach.

Booking sent confirmation on house 6 at the same street, but in fact it number 4. Cold eggs at breakfast- omlet, etc. There are no space to keep it warm. Would be nice to have water, tee/coffee facilities in room. Everywhere noisy - the stoun floor, every step you can hear. cleaning starts at 9.00 with moving of vacuum cleaner... And at the street was reparation. Only one electricity point but not convenient to use for phone charging.

Cute decor , the new restaurant is definitely a bonus to Bella Colina .

Unfortunately no fridge ( for cold drinks or to keep medicines ) the air con in the rooms didn’t work . The bedding is old and pillow was so small . The hotel had pets in the restaurant ( dogs ) and crying children and although that can’t be helped . This should be an adult only hotel . The seaview rooms aren’t really seaview rooms more like a glimpse!
