Absolutely amazing hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, to die for food and wow, what a room with a superior view!! I had the best 40th birthday here and was made to feel soo special by the staff who left a bottle of bubbles in my room. We ended up eating here both nights of our stay because the first night was so good, the second night did not disappoint either. We had a late check out also and nothing was too much trouble. Staff organized for us to be able to get a shower before we left. Absolutely incredible stay. I would give this hotel 5 million stars if I could.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect.

Fantastic view of the beach from the roof terrace. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us very welcome with lots of tips on where to eat and to park. Excellent breakfast buffet and dining area. Good drinks from the bar. Nice lounge area to relax. Plenty of extras including bathrobes, beach towels etc.

Couldn‘t give top marks due to the following: room was renovated but floor was damaged and design was poor with regard to wardrobe and bathroom with no space for shelving to store toiletries/cosmetics. Aircon was noisy but opening the terrace doors at night instead wasn’t an option due to the noise from the street.

Drinks offered (free!) on arrival. Very warm welcome from Leo, who was charming and offered us some great tips. Nice decor. Daily housekeeping. Great air conditioner. 1min walk to beach. The entire hotel smells amazing! Bus stop right out the front of hotel, going to various destinations including Palma and the airport. It was our honeymoon and the hotel staff set up our room with towel swans and confetti, such a nice touch!

The Standard Double Room was advertised as 25 square metres and it definitely wasn’t, probably closer to 16. Not enough towel racks.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Efficient air conditioning. Good location for main beach and restaurants. Near to regular bus services.

We had a second floor bedroom with balcony overlooking the busy and quite noisy main road. Unfortunately the noise continues into the early hours of the morning. Room fittings are fairly basic with only one basic chair in the room.

Staff was incredibly friendly with everyone, from the receptionists till everyone in restaurant or cleaning service. We had half board. Breakfast was rich and champagne was included, while for dinner we could choose from selected part of the menu, 3 courses. Food was like in a Michelin star restaurant (but big portions), faboluous! Location was excellent, bus goes everywhere around, including airport, but as we rented a car, we could use free parking appr. 6-7 mins walk from the hotel for our entire stay.

Found some hairs in the room, but I am super sensitive for that, otherwise nothing I could add.

The staff is wonderful. Very polite, smiling, helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach. Not a 1min walk. The rooftop terrace is very relaxing, with shower, pool, and very beautiful views. The rooms are calmer than in other hotels I visited, better noise protection. The decor and ambiance are Mediterranean and stylish.

It was very clean, but not spotless. The furniture shows first signs of wear and tear.

The property was very clean and in a good location. The Beds were amazing so comfortable! Cleaning staff came in daily. The facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were amazing especially Sebastian on reception so welcoming and helpful. All of the staff couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again loved it!

The location was great just across from the beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The roof top pool was so quiet with a lovely view Most of all the staff was amazing. Could not do enough for you everyone of them from reception to the restaurant they were amazing they even made us a breakfast to take withy us as we were leaving in the middle of the night. The lady during the day (whose name I don't have) arranged a wonderful day for us in Palma and booked us a lovely restaurant. She was so helpful and kind Then there was Lenka who was on recepetion in the evening. She looked after us so well booking us nice restaurants and retrieving my daughters 2 dresses which had blown off the balcony. She was so wonderful with us and kind.

Nothing really I would only say if you need a quieter room ask for one at the side or back of the hotel

Good sized bathroom, great shower, comfortable Queen size bed, soft bed linen, soft beach towels provided, nice sun deck with pool, wide and varied breakfast selection included, friendly and informative staff, big balcony

water had seeped under laminate floor in bathroom and caused an unpleasant smell. I'm sure it will be addressed in the off season. Room size adequate.

Peguera is a charming holiday destination and an excellent base for excursions. Everything is accessible via Palma. The hotel has an excellent location. Buses to Palma and to the airport are 2 minutes away. The sea and a nice beach 2 steps away. The hotel is pleasant and clean. The breakfast is varied rich and excellent. The staff is friendly and extra helpful. Taxi was arranged even though I requested it 3 hours before arrival. Wonderful the view from the small pool on the upper level. The room is pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is small but comfortable and nice. A beach towel is included in the Superior room.

Negative is the very small balcony of room 111 ( maybe the smallest of the hotel) , the outside unit of the air conditioner takes up a significant part of the terrace and blows heat , when the air conditioner is working. And at night there was an unpleasant sewer smell. Also, the view of the opposite wall and the car rental are not the best. But the view from the roof is beautiful, and as we were outside the hotel all day, we didn't mind the view from the room. You might want to ask for a view to the other side and a big enough terrace.
