The breakfast was excellent, plentiful, with a diverse offering. The only I would change would be to open earlier but this is Spain! The staff is very friendly. It seems to be a family operated/owned(?) business. Location: the hotel is a very short walk to the beach, which is beautiful, and to an array of restaurants and shops. Most restaurants there don't have indoor seating, which limits your options if you are a non-smoker and wish to have a smoke-free meal.

There was no effective reception desk, just a place to go to pick up the key. I never saw anyone there the rest of my stay. Location: from the airport, it is a long ride on the bus - about 1.5 hours either way - or a very expensive taxi fare. Also, if you have an early departing flight, it is more relaxing to spend the night before at an airport hotel rather than risk what seemed like a fairly erratic bus schedule. With no functioning reception desk, there is no one to contact a taxi if the bus doesn't show up.

We liked everything. Location was great (walking distance to the beach and shops/bars). Need to mention that the staff was so nice and did an excellent job - thank you. The restaurant definitely worth a visit. We didn't expect it to be so good so we went twice. The breakfast was also big with options and very tasty so don't miss it. The pool was not big but most of the times was empty so we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean which was also much appreciated :) . We'd definitely recommend this hotel - excellent choice!

Nothing bad - just be careful with the parking around the hotel, you need to pay for a ticket. Free parking is 200-300 meters away but we were generally paying to park outside the hotel (was very cheap though and half of the day was also free between 8PM and 9AM). So, we were away to other beaches during the day and when we were back it was time for free parking outside. Paying 1-2 euros would let us leave it there until 11 AM the next day.

The flavors were a true reflection of the island's culinary heritage, and each meal was a gastronomic delight, because each meal is freshly prepared in the hotel’s kitchen. That also means some dishes may not be available, go with the waiter’s recommendation! A true delight! The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a wide selection to satisfy every preference. Service: ★★★★★ The family go above and beyond to ensure every guest's needs are met promptly and with a smile. Whether it was arranging storage for my luggage during my week-long biking adventures, providing recommendations for local activities, their personalized service is simply wonderful!

Room 201 was rather small. I am sure, the hotel has larger rooms also. Internet was weak in my room. There may be better service in other rooms and the main restaurant area.

This family owned hotel was a traveler’s delight! Marina, Paul and Aubreyanna were so gracious and accommodating. The breakfast choices were very nice with plenty of variety. Dinner was delicious as well, beautifully prepared and presented dishes. We felt like family while we were staying there-so unique for a hotel! Highly recommend this amazing establishment!

The staff was amazing, the emplacement near to several beaches, shops and restaurants was perfect. The food at the hotel tasted really great, the room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary stuffs inside. The outdoor pool is also really appreciated when the weather is hot.

I really don't have anything to say here. Maybe the rooms could be a bit bigger.

Hotel Diamante is a very nice place for families. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms, very good breakfasts, just 3-min walk to a beach are among multiple advantages of this place. Special mention to the restaurant and its stuff - high quality dishes (and cocktails! - according to my wife) that look and taste very good. If in future we'll decide to visit Mallorca again, then we would definitely choose Hotel Diamante as a place for our stay. Thanks and good luck for their team!

Great holiday in Paguera. Very clean hotel, food was great, fantastic breakfast every morning. very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was 100mtrs from town /bus stop and another 100mtrs to a beautiful sandy beach.
