Location is great! Just a few minutes from the beach and many shops. The staff is very friendly and the room had a good size for a single traveller.

I added dinner for my staying, but had to skip it in the second night cause the food was terrible. Same for the hot food options in the breakfast. Also, the towels are a little too old, full of rips.

The hotel location was spot on just off the main high street, the beach, many restaurants. Very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff getting out of their way to make your stay pleasant. I love the feeling that you are in a family run hotel. Speaking with some German clients, you realise they come back year after year. Always a good indication for me. Breakfast choice was very good, hot food, cold cuts cheese, fruits, cereals etc Swimming pool and facilities very good as well. As an older solo female traveller, I felt very safe and welcomed.

Being the only non German client, I was surprised to realise few staff spoke English. Managed to communicate with my broken Spanish. Only one TV channel in English, CNN. Maids leaving aircon at 15°c, despite me not using aircon.

It was very quiet, always plenty of space outside and nice pool area. The location was fantastic, beach is so close and a huge variety of restaurants, bars, shops etc. It was pretty lively from 8-12 but after that all shut and quiet. All other tourists were predominantly German but friendly enough and all places we visited spoke English. The hotel room was great, just your average room with bathroom, balcony and access to fridge. It was cleaned every day and very modern.

It was a great location, very quiet and can easily get the bus into Palma if you want a busier vibe. There’s also a bus that regularly comes directly from the airport. The pool was amazing and we never had to worry about getting a sunbed which was good. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were so lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning wasn’t the strongest but it was exceptionally hot when we visited

Friendly staff, close to the beach and shops, balcony had a nice view, good size, nice pool and bar. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

The fridge was kinda old but worked fine after getting used to how it works.

The location was excellent. The common areas were also very nice. The staff in reception and bar were very friendly and helpful.

The selection of food for dinner was very poor. We have stayed at another hotel in the area where the food was excellent.

Very lovely and welcoming receptionists, nice breakfast , my room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, nice hotel, lovely interior , very pleasant bar and outdoor sitting, I really enjoyed my stay .

Would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room.
