The location is superb and the staff could not have been more helpful-we asked to be moved and they made it happen. Our special thanks to Michael + Jana. We are already planning to return. It would really help if a particular room can be allocated prior to arrival,as some are more ‘special’ than others-we were lucky to be able to relocate to a better room ie 207 and would request that prior to payment next time. Cannot find fault,other than the lack of English speaking channels,just Sky news! All very German oriented,so maybe a little unfair?

During my recent stay at Hostal Neptuno in Peguera, Mallorca, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value offered by this small hotel. Although it is referred to as a hostel, it is, in fact, a fully-fledged hotel that offers a delightful experience. Here's why I highly recommend this hidden gem by the beach. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was. The hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to relax and unwind without the disturbance of outside noise. This tranquility made for a truly restful experience, which is often a challenge in such popular tourist destinations. While the breakfast provided was not something to boast about, it did offer a decent variety with generous portions.

I wanna start with praisining the staff who was absolutely amazing! so welcoming and nice, not just one or two of them but all receiptionists were lovely. Bed was massive, room was cleaned every day which made the stay very comfortable. More variety on the breakfast would have been great but value for money is perfect

Located right on the main road so excellent access to the beach, restaurants and shops. However there is live music played on the opposite corner every night so if you want peace and quiet not the location for you. It stopped between 11pm and midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room cleaning was excellent done daily. The bathroom and shower was excellent plenty of hot water clean towels whenever you wanted them. The air con kept the room cool and you could turn it off if not keen to use. Being able to use the pool of the hotel 2 minutes up the road was an added bonus and the sea was 5 minutes down the road in the opposite direction so best of both worlds.

The beds were a little short so if you’re tall your feet will likely hang off the end and they were uncomfortable. The mattress was very firm on a wooden base (not a deal breaker for us). It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to keep water cold etc. There was a continental breakfast served daily although nice enough some would consider it basic. The pastries which always looked delicious were often sat on by little flies which put me off so could have done with having a cover placed over them.

Perfect location, 50 yards from beach and easy walking distance from the forest and mountains. Spacious room, nice comfy beds. I had an excellent sleep every night. Breakfast was not included in the price but it was free and there was a reasonable selection of hot and cold food.

all the TV channels were in German. the only English channel was Sky news. I was travelling alone and it gets dark at 8pm so it would have been good to have had something interesting to watch before going to bed.

Staff ,super friendly n proffesionel. Location. Price with breakfast. Just everything about the hotel.. Bus connection to Palma n airport is amazing. Bus stop, Just outside the hotel. Beach just opposite from hotel.lidl supermarket just up the road.

Maybe a little fridge in the room will be nice.

Excellent location, 1 minute from the beach, bus stop and main street. Clean room, modern bathroom, good quality toiletteriez, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Tasty coffee for breakfast.

The breakfast- beans, sausages, eggs- all totally dried on law heat pan.

The location was great, it is very close to the beach and to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Raul and Cesca, and the other personal we met during breakfast were very considerate and helpful. We would definitely return there again!

Great hotel in a perfect location! The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel location is perfect, only 2min from the beach. We had very nice view from the balcony at the sea.

Small fridge would be perfect on the room-we missed it. The restaurant next door had every night live concert with old fashion music until midnight. Always the same repertoar and too load.
