Great hotel, nice location, and easy access. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Direct A11 bus route across island, palmas, and airport to connecting buses. Breakfast was varied with a large selection suitable for everyone, plenty seating, no queues and freshly cooked eggs, omletes and crepes. Local areas has plenty bars, takeaways and restaurants offering all sorts of dishes. Several local supermarkets. There's water activities available to hire on the beach. Ideal solo traveller hotel and location.

The guests' greed of blocking sunbeds with towels from early breakfast time, and then being absent from them throughout most of the day. Selfish behaviour! Maybe if each guest was allocated a sunbed number throughout the duration of their stay by the hotel, may minimise this or even charge per hour. I dont sunbathe, but seeing lines and lines of towels and no one there for hours at a time was unacceptable. Sunbeds with shade are available to rent on the beach with safe lockups.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The bus station is nearby so you can easily explore the surrounding (which I highly recommend!). I really enjoyed the staff, everyone was friendly, multilingual and they have done amazing work.

Some improvement ideas: Water dispenser and free in-room safe use. After all there was nothing I did not enjoy.

Perfect location — right on the seafront in a beautiful bay, with easy access from the airport. Everything is spotlessly clean and smells fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped. I had the breakfast option — it was really good, with plenty of space available (although I usually came early).

One suggestion for the future: it would be great if the hotel could better accommodate solo travellers. We often pay almost the same as couples, but single rooms are noticeably smaller, have less attractive views. Also, for a 4-star hotel — especially one where guests often stay for a week or more — it would be helpful to have more shelves and storage space in the rooms.

A perfect stay — everything exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We were lucky to have a room with the most incredible, breathtaking view of the bay — truly unforgettable. The breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food for every taste, and the wine was excellent. The payment system is very convenient, and the sunbeds are comfortable, offering a stunning view and easy access to the sea on foot. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. We appreciated the great soundproofing, the relaxed atmosphere, and the fact that the guests were all respectful and pleasant. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. There was entertainment every evening, and even daytime activities and animation, although we missed some of them because we were often exploring the island. The only thing we found slightly missing was some music or a small after-show party/disco in the evenings, but we understand this may be due to local regulations. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for giving us the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to lots of shops, the beach and restaurants. The area felt very safe. The hotel offers a lot of activities if you are interested in them like outdoors exercising, quizzes and bands performing live. Taxis always available right outside which gives you peace of mind when leaving. Cash point also available close to the hotel (better rates than airport offices).

Only thing to mention is maybe it would be nice to include more fresh grilled meat and fish to the already stacked dinner buffet. Also the bed felt a bit itchy on the first night but I believe it was due to the cover's fabric which we removed and it was OK then.

Once you walk in to the hotel is the smell that makes you want to smile! The hotel smells absolutely incredible, fresh and clean! We had room 333 on 3rd floor and it was a lovely sea view room. We only booked breakfast because we were out most of the day. Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of choice. Fresh carrot juice was so good! Champagne for breakfast wasn’t bad either. Location is good, a few shops and places to eat near the hotel. Just bear in mind if you’re a young couple that most of the guests are middle aged people. Which was not an issue for us at all.

Parking. We had a car and it was a struggle to find a space however it was July so as expected it’s a busy period. It’s an adult only hotel and I never thought people will be queuing 6am to put a towel down on sun lounger, then you don’t see them using it until the afternoon. This is crazy and should be stopped by the hotel. You go to the pool area with your towel when you want to use it, not 6 hours before!

Nice room with a beach view, it took time for me to understand the electricity, it switches off if the curtains are open, since it’s a sensor, breakfast is nice, location is good, next to the taxi stand, for people with budget i noticed a bus that goes to the airport so that’s handy for tourists with budget, i loved the fact they provided tours, but if you are young, the hotel is full of old people lol and camp de mar is a busy beach, i have been to other part of Mallorca which is more quieter but the hotel is good, staff are helpful, and services are good, also the hotel provides clothes rack to dry your clothes in the balcony, i really loved that

When you shower the water turns extremely hot suddenly but overall everything was great

It’s just an amazing place 💕The location and the view is worth 1 million! In reality it’s 100 times more beautiful than on the pictures on internet 🤩 Literally, it’s a paradise location! You get by a direct bus to the airport (A11), to Palma and to many other beautiful towns easily. The hotel is super clean and pleasant, staff is friendly and helpful (Gracias to each and everyone for Your hard work!😊) Food is very tasty and there is plenty of variety: different kind of fish and meat every day, different delicacies will satisfy even a sceptical gourmet like me even on the 11th day of staying 😇 I want to point out each band the hotel invites for the shows in the evening. Every day there is a new interesting quality performances in the evening and they are everyone GREAT 👍🏻 Thank You for a little piece of paradise and peace at our hectic reality. Honestly everything was incredible! Myself and my boyfriend have just finished our first holiday abroad, we stayed here but saw some bad reviews and were worried! Those worries instantly went away when we arrived! To the reception team: thank you so much for all your help and advice. You are so welcoming and that makes the beginning of a stay so easy and we felt beyond relaxed! To the bar staff: another huge thank you for always having smiles on your faces and being so attentive towards us both! To the kitchen staff: how do you always have the best breakfast!!! Honestly incredible!! To the guy who did the entertainment: you are brilliant and always made us laugh! The water workout was so fun to watch! To the lifeguard: I have never met someone so happy and kind! Thank you for always getting the door for us! To the cleaners: thank you! The hotel was beautiful - the rooms, the reception area and the pool view were gorgeous. My room was nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything I needed. I really like the clothing airer and space on the balcony, which I made use of. I thought the quality and variety of food on offer at breakfast and dinner was fantastic. It surpassed my expectations every meal time, and I wish I could have stayed longer to try more of the delicious food. The prices for drinks and food from the pool bar were very reasonable. I was travelling alone and felt incredibly safe and welcome within the hotel and among the guests.

I struggled to think of anything to write here. I think my ONLY comment would be, that it would be more reassuring the guests if the luggage room had a lock on it. But everything else was fantastic.
