The location of the hotel was fantastic. The bus station is nearby so you can easily explore the surrounding (which I highly recommend!). I really enjoyed the staff, everyone was friendly, multilingual and they have done amazing work.

Some improvement ideas: Water dispenser and free in-room safe use. After all there was nothing I did not enjoy.

It’s just an amazing place 💕The location and the view is worth 1 million! In reality it’s 100 times more beautiful than on the pictures on internet 🤩 Literally, it’s a paradise location! You get by a direct bus to the airport (A11), to Palma and to many other beautiful towns easily. The hotel is super clean and pleasant, staff is friendly and helpful (Gracias to each and everyone for Your hard work!😊) Food is very tasty and there is plenty of variety: different kind of fish and meat every day, different delicacies will satisfy even a sceptical gourmet like me even on the 11th day of staying 😇 I want to point out each band the hotel invites for the shows in the evening. Every day there is a new interesting quality performances in the evening and they are everyone GREAT 👍🏻 Thank You for a little piece of paradise and peace at our hectic reality. Honestly everything was incredible! Myself and my boyfriend have just finished our first holiday abroad, we stayed here but saw some bad reviews and were worried! Those worries instantly went away when we arrived! To the reception team: thank you so much for all your help and advice. You are so welcoming and that makes the beginning of a stay so easy and we felt beyond relaxed! To the bar staff: another huge thank you for always having smiles on your faces and being so attentive towards us both! To the kitchen staff: how do you always have the best breakfast!!! Honestly incredible!! To the guy who did the entertainment: you are brilliant and always made us laugh! The water workout was so fun to watch! To the lifeguard: I have never met someone so happy and kind! Thank you for always getting the door for us! To the cleaners: thank you! An even better way to say thank you is to tell you that we have booked to come back in May! We booked it after being here for 3 days, you all make

The location of the hotel from the sea is particularly great, out is the beach, the sea is also very clean sand is also very fine and soft, the hotel also provides free beach towels for guests to use, in this hotel my favorite is its balcony, I put two chairs together to take out the quilt nestled in the balcony, the side of the drink and watch TV shows, but also listen to the sound of the waves, this feeling is not too good. The hotel also has a kettle, which is really good for Chinese people, and also convenient for me to soak my noodles hahaha! My English is very poor hotel staff did not get impatient, but very patient with the cell phone translation and I communicate! I'll always remember this place!

When eating breakfast buffet to get plates you can see some new plates placed in the space below by the guests to pick up the food dropped a lot of juice or crumbs, looks a little dirty, but can be tolerated!

The hotel has a wonderful location, a beautiful view from the balcony, it couldn't be better. Very clean, the cleaning service is super nice, I also have to mention the very friendly and helpful lifeguard. The hotel is located in a charming, quiet and atmospheric bay, everything is on site, a shop and several restaurants, also a beautiful beach. The food is very good and a large selection. I recommend it very much!!!!!

I have to mention reception service. When I asked what time they serve breakfast, I heard that I have a QR code in the room and there I have all the information. Unfortunately, the code in the room did not work... Generally, it is not a problem, there was information on the room card regarding breakfast hours, but it would be nice to hear direct information from the gentleman at the reception... 🤷

Well located in a peaceful bay which is excellent for swimming. Great bay view from the sea view room which is a good size with a large bathroom and balcony furnished with comfortable chairs and not white plastic ones. Extensive range of hot and cold food for breakfast and dinner which is well stocked and always good quality. The hotel is very very clean as is the pool area. Ample sunbeds and parasols for everybody. It is possible to walk to Paguera (aprox 30 mins) and Andratx (1 hour).

1 the continuous smell from bathroom every morning, though reported at desk I was told that it had to do with change in sea currents/ weather. We got out of room early every morning…..It was not followed up on and I reported again to the cleaner on 2nd last day, she got something to camouflage the smell and someone came to say they’d check in the morning. As we were leaving the following day we didn’t avail of any……Feared it was not good for my health. 2 somewhat surprised that there was no water offered at evening meal, (though it was there for breakfast)except payed bottled water. I have always had water or soft drinks included in 1/2board in hotels in Port de Pollensa . It was a bit mean, people who drink alcohol will always buy …. Can’t think why the basic water not supplied

This hotel was fabulous in every way! Location , modern , clean , excellent friendly staff, fabulous food, great entertainment day & night , the most lovely relaxed chilled vibe around the pool. Plenty of sunbeds , no ridiculous panic on a morning. No wonder lots of the older guests return year after year and have made friends with other couples who return on the same dates. I travelled for my 50th birthday, there was such a big mix of ages from young couples in their 20's , to 80's & it was just a joy to be around the place !!

Only complaint was the gym, it's very poor for the size of hotel and it had lots of room for other equipment 😞

The location is perfect, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away and you can get number 101 to get the Palma center. It costs 33 euros with a taxi but only 4 euros with the bus. The staff was perfect, kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, and worth the money. We only ate one-day dinner at the hotel, it was delicious and wonderful. Room was very clean. Evening entertainment was a surprise for us as I didn't notice while I was booking. It was very good quality. We loved every minutes of our staying.

Only one little thing The bathroom door hasn't got a lock, it is glass easily openable contemporary door, I prefer a classical bathroom/toilet door.

Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the omelete and crepe station very much! Dinner was also generally good, even the desserts had a few good options every night. The hotel is not the most modern but I thought it was nice and tidy and the beach in front of the hotel is amazing, crystal clear water.

There is no option of double beds which was quite annoying, the two beds were separated. At breakfast there was only one person in the Egg and Crepe station, which meant there was always a huge queue and there werent any good pastry options at breakfast. I thought that dinner could have a few drinks included, I get the hotel not wanting to have an "open bar" but I think 1 or 2 drinks for the Half-Board guests would be the minimum. The only dinner I didn't like was the asian themed dinner. Every dish only tasted of sesame oil, it was very bad.
