The hotel was set in a rural town with amazing views. The staff were always very friendly and warm. The outdoor pool had plentiful options for lounging, we never had issues with finding free sun beds and the option of poolside snacks and drinks meant you could be there all day if you wanted too. Breakfast was nice and dinner was lovely for a bit more of a special meal. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was so spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet get away but not too far from Palma if you want to do some day trips.

As you can’t drink the tap water in Mallorca, we would have expected some complimentary water in the room but this was not offered and so we either had to refill our bottles from the kitchen or go to the local supermarket to buy bottled water. I would expect a luxury hotel to provide complimentary drinking water.

If it were possible to rate this hotel higher than a 10, I would give it a 10-plus. It’s a quintessential Majorcan-style building with stunning views of the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and the tranquility it provided. We ordered pool snacks and had a fantastic Caesar salad and Club sandwich, which tasted like they were made with love. The staff and guests were in a different class altogether, and after being in more touristy places, this felt like a paradise. We also enjoyed the complimentary spa. The towels provided were of high quality, and the shower in the bathroom could win first prize for how good it is. The breakfast was very tasty, and I finished it with a coffee and a slice of cheesecake, which I loved. A special mention goes to Paquel at the reception, whose friendliness nearly convinced us to stay for another day. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone seeking a special experience.

Great hotel - lovely decor, felt like a real spa hotel rather than merely a hotel with a spa. The pool area was always relaxing and the hotel was not crowded. Breakfast was lovely and there was a variety of foods available. Spa treatments were good, spa facilities were good - small but, again, always space and never full. The dinner was very nice. I think the menu seemed to stay the same so I would not necessarily recommend paying the dinner included version, especially as there was only one vegetarian option. The range of pool snacks was very good, especially the salads. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery, but a car would be necessary to get around.

We would expect something complimentary in the room - a packet of chips were left out each day but it turned out these were added to the room bill. Similarly, there was a coffee machine but no milk available. When I asked if there were any tea making facilities, I had to pay €4 for a cup of tea.

Stunning hotel with incredible views! Hotel incredibly well maintained and clean. All the staff were absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t fault them at all. Always so helpful and attentive! Thank you for making our stay so fabulous.

There were a few very small things which could have slightly improved our stay: 1. The air con in the room worked but it didn’t get really really cold. We stayed in a big room which had one unit near the door so this may be the reason why 2. You are given one small complimentary bottle of water in a cardboard carton per day. It would be good to get at least 1 big bottle of water per day 3. The towels in the bathroom could be softer.

Everything was perfect. We loved the whole estate and tranquility of the surrounding nature. The spa area with indoor pool and sauna was impeccable, relaxing and such a treat for this time of the year having had a few cloudy days. We also liked the gym which included a Peleton style bike. Breakfast is plentiful and serves different tastes and preferences. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds are comfy, we slept like babies. The location is ideal to explore the island, it’s quick to get to Palma and about 45 min to get to other western towns such as Valldemossa, Soller, etc. We will definitely return!

Outstanding staff and service, genuine & exceptional care with attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant is Michelin one star level, room was amazing, value for money was amazing. The property itself is brand new with a good spa and outdoor pool. Sunsets are amazing to watch and it’s a peaceful hideaway. We would love to visit again and honestly want it to be our little secret but the hotel deserves an honest and praising review. Thank you kindly!

This is critique on a very high level, but if I could improve anything, I would improve the bedding. It was two single beds pushed together.

The ambience of the property was exceptional. Total calm and relaxation from arrival to our departure made for a truly amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the service was next to none. The spa facilities felt luxurious and the food was delicious throughout.

Due to personal preference the sleep was affected by the firmness of the bed (minor) and unfortunately further disrupted by noise through the night (loud music etc) but nothing that would stop us returning.

We had a delicious stay at this beautiful hotel. Great breakfast and diner, friendly staff and the hotel was really comfortable with great atmosphere (sound, smell, decoration). Especially the room, spacious, clean, and we slept so good in the big bed! Staff does their very best to make your stay pleasant, for example by offering excursions and to book that for you. Also the food was really good, and the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a sunset view!

Loved everything about this hotel. We knew it was a little away from everything so we knew that when we booked it. Checked in late at night, no problem. Staff were friendly, helpful, great! Room was spotless, bed was comfy, brilliant. Pool was also spotless, snacks/drinks could be ordered from the beds, absolutely brilliant. Breakfast was incredible, Staff again were great here. Honestly, I'm surprised it's not a 5 star hotel. Everything was brilliant. So quiet and peaceful. If I'm back to Mallorca I'll stay here again.

We had an absolutely stunning experience at this hotel during our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. The location is perfect, and everything was neat and tidy. The facilities, including the sauna and both indoor and outdoor pools, were fantastic, and the lush greenery added to the ambiance. One highlight was the quality of the dining. To sum it up, it was the perfect romantic getaway!
