Pool area is fab with a great selection of drinks from the bar. Powerful shower. Good air con which kept the room cool. Location is super handy with a bus stop just around the corner to travel into Palma. Short 5-10 min walk to the beach (down the hill). Good range of choice at breakfast buffet. All in all, it was great for what I was looking for.

The walls are paper thin, so you do hear everything going on outside, up and down (didn’t bother me too much - but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it’s worth considering). Rooms are a little on the small side but nice balcony. The bed wasn’t the comfiest. May have preferred a double bed (rather than 2 large twins pushed together for a solo occupancy as that would have freed up a little more room). No kettle in room but coffees available at the bar made up for it (at a small additional cost).

Had a great short break. End of season visit so nothing was too busy and we did not have to get stressed about not being able to get a sunbed round the pool. Room was great, but could do with a kettle for making hot drinks. We had a seaview from top floor. It overlooks the rooftops of neighboring properties, but view to sea, across to Palma and mountains is wonderful. A2 bus from airport literally stops by the door. 10 euros each way for 2. Taxi back to the airport took 10mins and cost 20 euros. Breakfast was great, once you get used to where everything is! Staff all very polite and helpful in our experience.

As per other comments, soundproofing is poor. You can hear people talking next door, and people moving about in the middle of the night if they are leaving to get flights. Might be a problem in high season when the hotel is busier. Then again it is not right on the front so is not exposed to the late night revellers. Decor generally a bit tired but perfectly acceptable - most people can probably say the same about their own homes to be fair! Pool area is literally next door to a kindergarten, so is noisy when the kids are out playing. easy access to bars, and restaurants on the seafront, so long as you are mobile. If you have mobility issues, then this venue might not be best for you as it is a slight walk uphill back to the hotel.

The hotel was well-maintained, spa service was great. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The pool was clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned every day.

There weren't enough vegetarian options at the buffet. The wifi was devastating, had to use my data while I was there. There was one receptionist who looked confused all the time. We stayed in room 1108 and the AC kept turning on and off and made weird noises throughout the night. Would also recommend that breakfast should be till 11am.

Hands down best breakfast of my trip. Alot of variety even for fruits, fresh bread and chef freshly preparing your eggs infront of you. Room was clean with good facilities and staff was friendly too.

Property is near to Al arenal beach, I would suggest getting a hotel in somewhere middle location of island if you want to explore the island and doesn't have license. because Al arenal is very end of the island and public transportation takes triple the time by car to reach somewhere. Otherwise location is good, infront of bus stop and near tour agencies.

I Liked everything . As a clean freak the hotel is very cleaned and very good maintained every day , the towels are changed everyday. The location is very good 20 min drive to Palma and near good and viral beaches , I highly recommend renting a car (TopGearMobility).The parking near the hotel is so easy you have parking at the two sides of the main road of the hotel and two big parkings a little bit further without paying anything.The breakfast was very very good ,a nice various buffet .The staff is really helpful and really friendly , the two elevators work perfectlly.I highly reccomend this hotel!

Friendly welcoming staff, arrived after midnight and as had half board they had a plate of food waiting for me. Good options with the breakfast and dinners. Good location, within 10 minutes walk you have the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. Room was reasonable size with good size balcony, extra bedding in the wardrobe. Bus from airport drops you at the door, to get bus to airport, the stop is 2/3 minutes walk around the corner

What stood out most on this trip was the wonderful staff. They honestly couldn't do enough for us. We had been trying to learn a little Spanish ready for our trip, but they spoke English perfectly, were friendly, helpful and made our trip. The hotel was in a perfect location, not right on the front but located close to restaurants, grocery stores and close to the beach. I would definitely receommend this hotel and expect to book here again. Thank you to the gentleman on reception who had also lived and worked in London and the lovely lady who seemed to work the bar, snack bar and restaurant. You two were absolutely outstanding. Thank you.

Food in the restaurant was ok. Not outstanding but the buffet equipment was insufficient to keep the food warm. This wasn't the staff's fault. They can only work with what they are given to use. Even though the food wasn't hot, the staff were wonderful and made up for any little problem.

I really enjoyed the stay, the stay is very friendly especially the male receptionists, always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming. There is more than enough space in the lobby, bar area and pool, and there was a life guard present! The spa is also lovely and €10 for 2 hour for the facilities, and ofcourse you can add extra such as a massage. The hotel rooms are fine, airco works great, however a friend did accounter a bug/cocroach, but I nothing to cry about. Overall a lovely hotel, easily accessible, hotel quickly books you a taxi, and affordable spa, breakfast and dinner buffet (breakfast is breakfast unfortunately did not try to dinner) it also has restaurant jardin torreo near by and the staff and food is lovely, highly recommend the paella and salmon!

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Torre Azul & Spa for four nights, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests we had. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made our stay very pleasant. One of the highlights was the pool area, where we found plenty of sun beds available, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun without any hassle. Another great feature of this hotel is its location. It’s within walking distance to a beautiful beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sea and sand whenever we wanted. Additionally, there are several bars nearby, providing us with plenty of options for evening entertainment. Overall, our stay at Hotel Torre Azul & Spa was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

There was a brief power cut during our stay which meant the lifts was out of service, taking the stairs to the 10th floor in the heat was not the greatest experience.

Breakfasts and dinners are great!! Good variety of food, everything is delicious. Good value for the money! Good location, not far away from the sea. And by the way, the beach has lockers! Helpful stuff. Bike storage room!

All drinks at the dinner are paid extra, even tea or juice. Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbours very well and all the noise in the hallways. I guess the purpose of ¨adults only¨ hotels is to avoid the noise of the other guests but...
