Perfect location, service at the level - everything is fast, in a pleasant atmosphere. Very clean - they cleaned every day and changed towels. Very tasty food - breakfast at the top! Cozy comfortable atmosphere! The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - opposite the bus stop, 5 minutes to the beach. I will be happy to come back again.

The breakfast/brunch buffet was very good, something for everyone. Had a balcony. Comfortable beds. Mercadona supermarket nearby, approximately a 5-minute walk. Bus stop very close for the airport bus (A2) every 30 minutes.

Had to go take our own kettle as we knew there wouldn't be one in the room. Check-in was slow, the machines wouldn't scan the passports; hotel needs more check-in kiosks. No comfy chairs in the room. No blackout curtains so it was quite light in the morning which could wake you up. Pool area small for the size of the hotel.

Great location and great breakfast. However the staff at the reception seemed to be a bit lost. We arrived late night, tired and all we need was a quick check in. Instead we had to wait a lot at the reception because of technical issues. The staffs were having arguments between them in front of everyone (not nice at all). When finally we had a room sorted it was with a wrong number of rooms. We returned to the reception and another room was given. The next room was believe or not occupied when we opened the door - frustrating. Once again we had up to the reception when finally the 3rd room was given and this time a staff came with us just to make sure ever was ok. Conclusion: if this happens at the off pick season I can imagine during the summer when the hotel is fully booked. After all, everything was good.

Overall, the hotel is in a great location, 4 minute walk to the beach. Beach is clean tidy. Hotel is fairly newly renovated, is also clean and looked after. Brunch is served from 8am till 13:30 pm and there is quite a selection to choose from and also unlimited. Staff are nice and pleasant from start to finish. Swimming pool is quiet deep from 1.45 metres to 2.85 metres. So not really kiddy friendly. A bus stops outside hotel and goes directly to airport, Adult price €5, child free

We had the pleasure of staying at this newly renovated hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, comfortable, clean and well-maintained, perfect for a very relaxing stay. Self-service brunch was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and good. Pool is the perfect spot to unwind, especially during the hot summer months. There’s just the right balance of sun and shade, so you can enjoy the warm weather without getting overheated. Sunbeds by the pool were usualy taken, but there were free relaxing chairs and couches. The location of the hotel is another huge plus. It’s conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. You’re also just a half an hour drive away from Palma de Mallorca. For families, Aqualand is nearby (10 min walk) and offers a fun day out. And stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by walking. On every street you can find shops and restaurants, promenade along the beach offers everything you search for. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-located stay in Mallorca.

We did experience some noise issues during our stay. Some guests were not very considerate and were loud in the middle of the night, disturbing the peace. Unfortunately, this is something the hotel has little control over, and while it happend only one night, it didn’t significantly affect the overall experience. I always bring earplugs, so I used them that night.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to a supermarket and the beach, and there is also parking nearby (4-5 minutes on foot). The room was clean. It's very convenient that the buffet is open from 8 to 13:30. The staff is pleasant.

The room really lacked disposable slippers, because there was always sand in the room. It would be great if the shower curtain in the bathroom was changed more often, as it had black mold on it. For all 5 days of our stay, the food was the same, and it was also very greasy and oily.

Our room was not spacious, but it was satisfactory. There was shampoo/shower gwl in the bathroom as well as blow dryer. The pool is pretty big and deep (1,40-2.85 m), the buffet goes from 8-13:30 which is PERFECT and there is a lot to choose from, the canteen is pretty big; they keep restocking the food and the tables. The reception is avaliable 24/7 and there's a bar in the lobby that is also open long (maybe even 24/7? I don't know about that). The gym is small but satisfactory for a holiday. The location of the hotel is good; its in a big touristy area, so there are many shops and minimarkets nearby, many restaurants to choose from, the sea is a 3-5 minute walk away. Bus that goes to the airport has a stop right in front of the hotel, there are other bus stops 5 mins away (for buses that go to Palma or to the other direction, and the intercity buses). Overall very nice.

The area around the pool is a bit smaller, there's just a few beds by the pool so during the busiest time of the season, i can imagine it can feel overcrowded really easily. But there are many other seating opportunities available ferthwr from the pool and in the lobby.

The property was conveniently located at the A2 stop outside the tourist information office making it easy to get to and from. There’s a supermarket open Tuesdays -Saturdays a road down, mini market and cafe right opposite the main entrance and a beach 5-10 mins walk away. There’s a pool and laundry facilities- soap and softener included, just pay and use. There’s an unlimited brunch with a decent selection. Plenty of space to sit in the lobby/ pool area. Vending machines available on site to buy water/snacks from if you’re arriving at a time when there’s no shops open. The bed was comfy. Room is decently equipped with fridge, tv (with chrome cast) desk and chair. A/C available. The balcony was nice and the layout meant you got some privacy.

The room was tidy but not thoroughly cleaned, layers of dust in some areas of the room, some strands of long hair in the bathroom which were a different colour to ours. The A/C in our room although working was leaking a lot when in use, we ended up asking for an ice bucket from the bar and using that to catch the water. We did inform reception who said it’ll get looked into in the morning, which it never did, however we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn’t such a bit deal. There’s a pool which is pretty deep, I’m 5ft and in the shallow end it goes up to my neck, if you can’t swim and you’re short, this pool is not for you.

We liked the overall property with good brunch, spacious and clean rooms. It has a gym, swimming pool, laundry section and waiting area.

The lifts were scary as it made unusual noises which made me feel claustrophobic. Also there was an instance where I pressed 0 level and the moment it reached 0 level the doors did not open and went up directly to the 9th floor. We were given a room on the 9th floor where the balcony was not clean and full of pigeon shit. At the time of check in their server went down and it took more than an hour, we were in the waiting area but the staff did not bother to inform us when the issue got resolved.

Good location, 5 minutes walking to the beach, bus stop just in front of the hotel. The staff is just amazing, very good customer service, they were helpful and they took good care of us. Breakfast has plenty of options, and the seating area is big enough. Bed is true that is tough, but I paid lots of money for my own matress to be tough, i love it. We had a nice balcony view, to the seaside. We also had the chance to use the swimming pool are on the last day, water is clean and warm, and plenty of space around. 3 lifts available at all times. The hotel is 25min by bus to airport ( 5eur a ticket) or 36 minutes to city centre (2eur a ticket).

One thing that I will change it will be the breakfast refill, sometimes if items will finish it will take some time till somebody will bring more.
