Perfect location, service at the level - everything is fast, in a pleasant atmosphere. Very clean - they cleaned every day and changed towels. Very tasty food - breakfast at the top! Cozy comfortable atmosphere! The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent - opposite the bus stop, 5 minutes to the beach. I will be happy to come back again.

The breakfast/brunch buffet was very good, something for everyone. Had a balcony. Comfortable beds. Mercadona supermarket nearby, approximately a 5-minute walk. Bus stop very close for the airport bus (A2) every 30 minutes.

Had to go take our own kettle as we knew there wouldn't be one in the room. Check-in was slow, the machines wouldn't scan the passports; hotel needs more check-in kiosks. No comfy chairs in the room. No blackout curtains so it was quite light in the morning which could wake you up. Pool area small for the size of the hotel.

Housekeeping cleans the room and changes the bed linen and towels every other day. The room was clean, spacious enough, air-conditioned, and had a strong Wi-Fi connection. The food was diverse and tasty. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was kept very clean .The fridge was a nice cold temperature .The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Also the breakfast was great.We liked the fact that breakfast brunch was unlimited and served until 1.30pm

The sheets weren’t changed during out 7 days stay .We felt with it being so warm we needed fresh sheets.The air conditioner went off about 5 times.It was always resolved and the temperature of the room was nice and cool for us.However we were very happy with the plentifull freshtowels supplied every day.

Great location and great breakfast. However the staff at the reception seemed to be a bit lost. We arrived late night, tired and all we need was a quick check in. Instead we had to wait a lot at the reception because of technical issues. The staffs were having arguments between them in front of everyone (not nice at all). When finally we had a room sorted it was with a wrong number of rooms. We returned to the reception and another room was given. The next room was believe or not occupied when we opened the door - frustrating. Once again we had up to the reception when finally the 3rd room was given and this time a staff came with us just to make sure ever was ok. Conclusion: if this happens at the off pick season I can imagine during the summer when the hotel is fully booked. After all, everything was good.

For a budget place it’s great value great price, the food has Deffinately improved since my last stay the hash browns are amazing, and the decor looks a lot better, the manager is always so lovely

They need more reception staff the ques are long when you need something everything takes sooo long, The balcony did not lock and I know it wouldn’t be hard for someone to access our room that was a bit scary Ants at breakfast table It doesn’t bother us but it is up a hill

Overall, the hotel is in a great location, 4 minute walk to the beach. Beach is clean tidy. Hotel is fairly newly renovated, is also clean and looked after. Brunch is served from 8am till 13:30 pm and there is quite a selection to choose from and also unlimited. Staff are nice and pleasant from start to finish. Swimming pool is quiet deep from 1.45 metres to 2.85 metres. So not really kiddy friendly. A bus stops outside hotel and goes directly to airport, Adult price €5, child free

We had the pleasure of staying at this newly renovated hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, comfortable, clean and well-maintained, perfect for a very relaxing stay. Self-service brunch was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and good. Pool is the perfect spot to unwind, especially during the hot summer months. There’s just the right balance of sun and shade, so you can enjoy the warm weather without getting overheated. Sunbeds by the pool were usualy taken, but there were free relaxing chairs and couches. The location of the hotel is another huge plus. It’s conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. You’re also just a half an hour drive away from Palma de Mallorca. For families, Aqualand is nearby (10 min walk) and offers a fun day out. And stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by walking. On every street you can find shops and restaurants, promenade along the beach offers everything you search for. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-located stay in Mallorca.

We did experience some noise issues during our stay. Some guests were not very considerate and were loud in the middle of the night, disturbing the peace. Unfortunately, this is something the hotel has little control over, and while it happend only one night, it didn’t significantly affect the overall experience. I always bring earplugs, so I used them that night.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to a supermarket and the beach, and there is also parking nearby (4-5 minutes on foot). The room was clean. It's very convenient that the buffet is open from 8 to 13:30. The staff is pleasant.

The room really lacked disposable slippers, because there was always sand in the room. It would be great if the shower curtain in the bathroom was changed more often, as it had black mold on it. For all 5 days of our stay, the food was the same, and it was also very greasy and oily.

A special mention goes to the receptionist — they was absolutely lovely! So kind, helpful, and always had a smile. They made the check-in process smooth and had great recommendations that made my stay even better. You can really tell they cares about guests feeling at home. The breakfast is unlimited until 1pm- great food. There were so many options to choose from. The atmosphere in dinning room was nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach- 5mins ish
