We really enjoyed our stay at MLL Mediterranean Bay. The location was ideal—just under a 10-minute walk to the beach, about 20 minutes from the airport, and only 25 minutes to Palma centre by public transport. Our room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed, effective air conditioning—a welcome relief in the hot weather—and a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a lovely spot to relax. We booked half board and were pleasantly surprised by the food. There was a good variety, and almost everything we tried was delicious. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, particularly the rooftop pool and bar, which offered beautiful views, great music, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The friendly and welcoming staff truly made a difference, and we also appreciated the nearby restaurants and lounges, perfect for when we wanted to explore beyond the hotel.

Although we booked half board and the food was generally nice, with a good variety—the breakfast did become quite repetitive. Dinner also ended quite early, which felt a bit rushed at times. On the downside, the room was quite small and a bit outdated. Cleaning could also be improved—we stayed for 5 nights and on two occasions, our room wasn’t cleaned properly: once it was skipped entirely, and another time the towels weren’t changed. Even when the room was cleaned, the bathroom didn’t feel very fresh or well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lots of positives, but a few improvements—especially in cleanliness and room comfort—would really enhance the experience.

Really good breakfast and dinner, lots of variations to choose from. I eat dinner two times, both had different selections, enough variations for vegetarians. Also many options for breakfast. Great smoothie and pancake. My room was quite big for 1 person, good facilities. Location: just 5 minutes from the beach and close to the airport.

Check-in: I arrived at night, and I waited quite long, because 2 persons came before me..

Extremely comfy mattress, all areas are well maintained, high standard of cleanliness all over (special thanks to Marilin). The large buffet in the restaurant has a large variety of good quality food, some cooked in front of you, with a good range of hot and cold options (vegetarian and not). The staff are so friendly and keen to help: Rafa, even at the busiest times, would always assist you with a genuine smile. Good coffee at the bar, at pretty much the same price as the cafes outside. A glass of decent wine at dinner is only 3Euros. Excellent connection to/from the airport (A2 and A51; they stop about 200yards from the hotel) and the centre of Palma.

The neighbourhood is quite shabby, unfortunately, full of tower blocks made of cement, with cables hanging on the outside. Also, some bedrooms face the side wall of the next hotel. They have a policy of no loud noise after 11pm, but guests come in after midnight (possibly sligthly drunk) talking loudly to each other for ages: no-one reminds them to keep the noise down.

Helpful and very nice staff, Mirrors all over the room and an extra movable mirror in the bathroom, Minibar, Lightly tinted glass on the balcony balustrade which helped against warming up, Lights at the bed head, The bed was unexpectedly big and super comfortable, Tasty food and a big range of choices, Shower with a hydromassage, Big wardrobe and many places to store things

Sometimes it's getting a little stuffy in the bathroom while the doors are closed, Elevators could be renovated which would help to improve their speed and reaction

MLL Mediterranean Bay is a great hotel to stay for short or long periods. We stayed 10 nights, so it was a decent period of time. Breakfast was included, and there was a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially one of the receptionists. Overall experience is really good, not a luxury stay, but pretty comfortable. Close to the marina and walking distance from decent restaurants and beach of Arenal.

The hotel bears some traces of huge amounts of guests that it holds and hasn't probably been renovated in a long time, but at least it's clean and everything is working.

Clean place with great facilities. Feels a bit luxury, yet the price was lower than many other places. Hotel has a fun vibe. The breakfast is very extensive, all the usual stuff you’d expect + more such as pancakes, hot chocolate, strawberry yoghurt, was enough options for a vegan, hash browns, even churros one morning. 7 mins walk to beach.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but many smokers so I had to keep my balcony door closed. The hotel is on a busy road, with small grocery stores just across the street, but I imagine street facing rooms could get some noise. My room was pool facing and was quiet.

Room was really tidy and clean, enough space for a couple in a short trip. Since we arrived late night, we were surprised with a sea view in the morning and a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast had a variety so big that it was really hard to decide what to enjoy first (I think I haven't seen so much options in a buffet for such a long time). The location was perfect to have a stroll around the beach in a quick walk (like, 5 minutes away by foot). Despite they have no parking, there is an option of parking close by and it saved us on arrival. The one night staying was not enough to enjoy much of the hotel options as they had pool party and a nice pool table.

I didn't enjoy much the fact that other guests were having a party in their room and seemed to messed up a bit too much with plenty people in a single room shouting at each other late night. That was not fault of the hotel at all and the receptionist even tried to sort it out - which was very good to keep things under control - and possibly expected for a hotel adults only. So beware that some intense flow of people in and out, across halls and rooms are expected even at late hours.

Comfortable hotel with a couple of pools and plenty of space to relax. Food variety good and varying day to day.

Aircon in need of an upgrade both in rooms and around the hotel bar / entrance. Entertainment could do with an upgrade in evenings. Alcoholic drink limits could be handled differently.

Breakfast great selection. Also warm cooked foods. Nice view from the apartment. Not loud at night. They gave me free late checkout to make up for the check-in situation.

Had to wait an hour when I arrived because booking.com took a while to come through, but also because they were overbooked and had to being me to another hotel (close by though).

the rooftop bar and sun lounge (with small pool) is amazing: breezy, pleasant, absolute stunning view and very professional barman. The price of the drink was good, considered the location and facilities. The bedroom was small and essential, but new, clean, with a large balcony and very comfy bed. A small fridge in the room, for own use too! Large swimming pool at ground floor, plus another one with jacuzzi on the front of the building.

Very little storage for clothes! A Gym would have been a bonus.
