The staff is amazing, the location is good,close to bus station and near the beach. The breakfast is good.

The only thing that should be approved is the cleaning. I think thw building is a bit old which makes it look a bit dirty, I think they would make it better if they improve these things. Other than that I dont know why people are complaining. The dishes at the restaurant might have water but they are clean maybe just not well dried, maybe they should also work on that. But the food is good and tasty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value for money at this hotel. Despite being a 3-star establishment, it surpassed my expectations. While it's important to adjust expectations based on the hotel's rating, this establishment went above and beyond. I booked the most basic room and was delighted to be given a sea view. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were more than satisfactory, with a delightful array of delicious dishes, desserts, and the option of wine or beer with dinner. Overall, I left feeling very content with my experience!

Not the first line from the sea. But still go not far to the water - 3-5 minutes by foot

The cleaning staff where brilliant Lana , and Cleaning staff where friendly and chatty it was a fantastic family atmosphere ,however check out was to quick and got locked out which wasn't good.

Got looked out at check out time before with my stuff in room yet , not comfortable with that the reception staff sorted it as I then requested. Not giving much time to pack tho which wasn't good.

Hotel was better than we expected. After reading the reviews from previous guests, we were a little bit scared (we made a reservation just for one night), but we were positively suprised! Staff was lovely, room was perfectly fine and two swimming pools with nice with great view. The buffer wasnt the biggest, but for the prize it was amazing! We loved theirs salads! Beach was a few minutes by walk!

The hotel provided an excellent experience with its outstanding breakfast and impeccably clean rooms. The spaciousness of the accommodations was particularly impressive. I am eager to plan another visit.

The hotel excelled in offering a superb breakfast and maintaining exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. However, the limited breakfast hours and the hour-long wait for check-in at midnight, especially with a baby, were inconveniences. Despite these issues, I am still considering a return visit.

Very good located place with the beautiful El Arenal beach and facilities around. In general everything was ok, good breakfast, comfortable and cleaned hotel.

The only bad thing is that there's no parking space but they showed us a very good place not so far to park, in summer the city is really crowded and it can be exhausting to find a place to park.

Mostly everything! The staff are super lovely (especially Jeremy chihuahua ;) ), it is super clean, the beds are comfy and the location is wonderful - the rooftop view is so good!! :)

Only the shower cubicles were too small to bring anything in to change into, and maybe too few for the amount of people, but is only a very small problem

Have to say for what I paid for a 5 nights all inclusive. You wouldn't get a studio apartment for the price. The food was pretty good., always plenty of choice to choose from.

The fact one lift kept breaking down for the length of my stay. Putting hugh pressure on guest trying to get to and from their rooms. Surely it should be sorted pronto especially as it was high season

A great location - my favourite part was the breakfast. Lots of choice and good food. Really loved the rooftop pool it was nice to relax up there and go for a lovely swim too.
