Really lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. Food quite good. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient for airport. Really lovely orange or lemon water available all day.

Our only slight criticism would be that tea and coffee could be available to help yourself from the machines rather than having to go to the pool bar each time. We weren't really fond of the ambient music.

All inclusive wasn't really an all inclusive. Rules are coming from goverment , I understood that ,but no difference if I going done to the beach ,and drinking in the pub.I guess it's because they want to help locals. On this case price was not worth it , as few people like me just like to stay in the hotel ,and enjoying few drinks which are included the price also , more option would be better ,bot just bier and wine . . Quality of the bed was awfull. We were request a small picknick food ,but they refuseed it saying since the covid they are not doing it anymore. As far as I know , covid has been released years ago. But overal it was good .

Very good location, the kitchen/dining hall/bar staff is outstanding, great food, breathtaking view from SkyBar. Good value for that price.

One of the recepcionist guys is rude. The SkyBar is not included in the all-inclusive package. The pricelist is confusing - nothing is written, the one you can get at the main bar from a QR code belongs to the SkyBar, but they work with different pricing.

Didn't get told that the sky bar wasn't included in the all inclusive until we were sat up there... however its beautiful and we didn't mind paying ...also its not all inclusive at all...its sort of haf board wth 3 small beers included. 😀

Clean, bright.. roof top bar is excellent with sensational view. Food was great.. good variety at each meal, always hot and chefs continuously bringing out fresh servings.

Restaurant is small.. felt cramped with the amount of tables in a small space.

Hotel has perfect location near the beach. Nice rooms with balcony, also shower was big and all the hotel is very clean. Stuff is nice and helpful. They cook good meals.

We booked all inclusive but the alcoholic drink were limited to 3 drinks per person on lunch and dinner. And also there was always queue for the drinks as well as for the food. Pool has all the beds in the shadow all the time and only chairs were on the sunshine side. Except of this very nice experience.

I stayed here a few years ago and this stay was amazing in comparison to my previous stay. I felt it was clean now and well organised. The staff were helpful although I was promised a takeaway breakfast as I was going to the airport at 5am but it never materialised.

Liked the sea view and sunset from room on the 10th floor. All-inclusive service is better than I expected. Staff is friendly and helpful, special praise for restaurant employees. I give 9 for location, personal and all-inclusive.

Arrived at 3p.m check in is from 2p.m. waited until 4 to room be cleaned, which wasn't cleaned properly, lot of hair on the floor, sticky sockets and doors. Wardrobe is in the terrible condition (foto)

location is close to the beach, clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. internet is really fast even in the rooms. towels are changed every day

we went will all inclusive and the restaurant is quite small, sometimes you can not find a table. the food is good but the options are very limited.The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear everyone

The staff was very kind and friendly, willing to help us with anything we needed. The food was very good. The room was always clean!!! And the view from the balcony was wonderful!!
