We had a bolcony, which was great for drying beach items and to make the space feel bigger. Across the street is a good size convenient store and lots of restaurants to the north along the water. Mini fridge and air con worked well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Borrowed an iron from the front desk, but it tripped the power in our room. A technician arrived within 15 minutes to flip the breaker. Up the hill is a bus stop to go to the center of Palma which is about 20 minutes/2€ tap to pay and exit. Very easy, suggest tacos at Primo Taquería. There was supposed to be a bus stop across the street too, but it didn't arrive at the time Google said it was, so took a taxi back to airport. Taxi is cheaper than Uber, very surprised by this!

I wanted to pack light as possible and brought sunblock instead of shower soaps. The soap provided seemed a bit watered down but it worked enough. A shelf or something for the bathroom would be nice too.

For the price we couldn't grumble. Clean, friendly and helpful, nice bar, we had a balcony. Small in our room with a street view but was only somewhere to sleep. We slept good, beds we comfy, shower powerful. Close to the beachfront and shops. Can't complain. Lots of negative reviews so was a bit worried before we got there but obviously didn't have a good experience as we had.

Helpful staff. Great location. Nice size of the room for 1 person and clean. The air conditioning is well-placed so that it keeps the room fresh without releasing air directly on the bed and on the user. The tv has plenty of channels as well in German, French and Italian.

It takes an extra fee to use the minibar to refresh own drinks. Also the safe requires a fee to be used. Watch out in case selecting a room with balcony facing the inside courtyard: the courtyard is mostly enclosed and lacks of sun to quickly dry beach towels (nothing too uncomfortable anyways).

I liked, the cleaners were very good and attention with us, also the recepcionist team, the woman in the bar a bit unpatient. but the rest were fine, very good location.

Its a bit noise overnight, because all the rooms make a eco in the hall. But for me was fine. But I know some people can have problem with that.

It was near to the beach. Airport was nearby so it is convenient to travel. It was clean and maintained. The staff was helpful. It was peaceful as it was not around the city and I liked it a lot.

Looking at the parking situation in palma we didn’t get the parking. We had to find a free parking spot on the streets.

to change the sheets every 2 days. it's summer. My sheets were changed after 5 nights 😗, when I asked for that!!!!

The terrace (with table and chairs) was practically another room!

We didn't need it, but there was a €5 daily charge for the use of the minibar for storage of own items (but, in all fairness, it was all explained in a notice on the desk; so no hidden fees).

The staff was great and lovely. Location is great, only 2 minutes from big sand beach.

Bed wasn't so comfortable, very loud in front of hotel. Only one cover for bed and one long pillow for together.

Short walk away from the beach, supermarket across the street. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Ligting in the bathroom is poor.
