Great location, very close to the beach. Good food , great selection of dishes. The people working there are amazing, really friendly and always happy to help ! Just wanted to say a big THANKS to all of them especially Silvia & Alejandro at the reception, Carlos,Luis,Daniel and all the staff working in the restaurant,bar & kitchen. You really made our stay very enjoyable!

We visited hotel as a group of 6 adults and 4 children. The location of the hotel is excellent, approx. 5-10 min. from the beach. The food from the hotel restaurant was excellent, lots of vegetables, fruits and fish were also available. Nothing like McDonald's. The rooms were spacious, the mattresses harder but fine. The rooms for 2 people were located on a noisy street - but this does not affect the hotel, that the street is noisy. The rooms for 3 people were located on the side where the pool is - a quieter location. Our family will definitely return to the hotel next time.

We loved the personnel most, they were truly dedicated to their work and the bartender who was also a DJ in the evening is a true master of ceremony. The All inclusive package was of a good quality, there was a lot to choose from at breakfast, good coffee and juices, and also good quality of food and beverages for lunch and dinner. The common areas used by all guests were nice and the swimming pool was also good. Also the distance to the beach and yacht club is ok.

The rooms and bathroom walls were quite old, but the equipment was good and also cleaniness/room service was great. This needs to be taken in a context that the hotel is also not newly built.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable - we slept so well every night! The location is great - close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt very well taken care of and appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back on a future trip!

The food is good, it is being topped up multiple times during both breakfast and dinner. There is plenty variety of food - for dinner there is usually some fish or other meat, something fried, paella, fruit, some pastry, a lot of fresh veggies... The food is well seasoned. For breakfast there is usually a variety of cheese and hams, eggs, a lot of pastry.. The room is as good for a cheap hotel as it could be. It is being cleaned daily (if you want to). The staff is really nice and you can ask them anything. The bus station to Palma is 10 min walk, and there is also a Lidl store maybe 15-20 min walk.

What I didn´t like is the neighborhood of the hotel, that actually tells you it is not the richest part of El Arenal. Of course it is not the hotels fault, but it is good to know that. The closer you get to the richer (and more German) part of the town the nicer it gets and the wider the sidewalks get.

100/10 We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, the beach is very near and it was the best beach. The food was always fresh with lots of options, they served the best donuts with cream. Our room was cleaned every day which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was lovely for price we paid. Comfortable and clean. Nice snacks available in the bar. Friendly staff. To be honest not sure why people have rated the food so bad and complained. Plenty of choices available- yes only your 3 alcohol drinks at each meal but this clearly advertised at time of booking. Sodas and juice etc free all day and if you want additional alcohol drinks you can purchase at bar which is very cheap price.
