everything was great, definitively worth money, my pedant wife didn't tell anythingabout cleanliness room wass big ac working, ordered 2 beds got third one free for our kid, hotel added fridge upon booking request without charge we got quite good wifi reception so we didn't need to pay for it as advertised, room service cleans daily, always new towels, food was great i had best paela i ever ate, food changed every day, diners had always icecream and plenty of deserts, breakfasts was usually english style with juice mashine and coffe, receptionists were helpful gave us parasol free of charge, helped with ebike rent, booked us aquarium tickets... hotel is nicely designed have nice pool and friendly manager, there are programs some days and place for children to play, location is great 5minutes form port and beach with beautiful blue water its little uphill back to hotel but if my 3year old haven't problem going up, unless you are handicapped or have stroller you wouldn't even sweat from it. 2,5 minutes from buss stop 3min from vision bikes (great way to explore island) there is big grocery market 2minutes oposite of see. really great place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone

our room number 5 was above reception with balcony without view (wich we dont care didn't come for siting in hotel) but it was close to pool so during performance there was quite noisy but nothing after midnight also there were few minor things like broken plastic on one of light switches or occasional drop of water from ac, if there was something like water with citruses in jugs on tables during dinner it would be nicer then buying drinks but that would make hotel at least ****

noise made by all the teenager tourists, would recommend, as an addition in the rooms, a mini fridge and a little hanger on the balcony to be able to let things dry

The breakfast and dinners were very good. Plenty of choices and good quality. Varied daily. Staff in dining room and reception all very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff are amazing. The entire hotel is immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor of my room as it was so clean. Especially noticeable as I was walking barefoot in the room

Latch on balcony door room 702 broken but didn't worry me as I was on 7th floor.

The hotel location were great!Walking distance to the beach/shops and restaurants but still "away" from the busy area. The dinner buffet were great...so was the breakfast buffet...we stayed for 7 days and the menu changes day by day!!....the pool area were my kids fav...and we also attended some of the event/show at the pool. I'm satisfied with this hotel, would really come back! I was there with my 2 sons (age 3 and 7) they liked it there. Very helpful and friendly employees from the front desk to the kitchen staffs and housekeeping!👌👌👌

I wish we had a mini fridge in the room....having kids i would like to store water bottle and yoghurt etc. Also our room were located on the first floor....it was a bit nousy in the evening/night...we traveled with my parents they had a room on the 6th floor....it was quite, so keep that in mind if you want to book a room there 😉

Very close to airport. I have used shuttle bus and had max 3 min walk to get to the hotel. Hotel was clean and comfy. Great breakfast! Everything was tasty and personal very friendly! I was amazed with service. Hospitality is awesome!!! Lady from reception was extremely helpful and nice! Very close to bars, shops and beach. Location is simply perfect! Definitely my strong recommendation!

Lovely staff. Great communication. Kind. Curteous. Spotless. Clean bedding abd towels every day. Lovely bar area and pool. Good location

All staff is very nice and friendly. 6 minutes to the closest beach Playa es Arenal. But as for us wasn’t a problem to walk, we visited few another beaches: Cala Blava (40 min), Playa de Palma (25 min). There is one small shop right in the hotel, supermarket is just 2 minutes away and 15 minutes to Lidl. It was nice to rent bicycles and go to Palma. Selection of food maybe wasn’t very big but everything was very delicious and there was always fish or meat to choose from. Also I liked how clean was everything. Our room was quite big, it was nice to have small refrigerator, AC, WiFi, comfortable bad. On a ground floor guests can use microwave. Big thank you to the owner of this hotel and Sara. We enjoyed our vacation:)

Our room was comfortable and clean. the staff were all lovely. we arrived late and although we were just bed and breakfast, they had sandwiches and snacks waiting for us which was such a lovely and unexpected touch. Nice pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Good choice at breakfast with a different variation of eggs and pastries each day. Excellent value for money.

Some of the pool sun lounges needed replacing. We had a massive terrace but couldn’t really sit out of an evening as there was no table or light so we didn’t really make the most of it.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a swimming pool for adult and for kids. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. 5 mins walk to the beach which is very good for kids and you can find many bars around

Our room was just below the stage where was an evening show starting at 9 pm. It was very noisy and our child couldn’t sleep till nearly 10-30 pm. We had an early flight and we’re very tired in the morning. However, after we complained a few times they put the noise down. We understand there was a show for other Grady but I think when they allocate the room they should put families with smaller kids further from the stage and bar

Outside facade does not compare with inside very clean & inviting @ reception I was greeted by very Lovely Sara who selected my room to suit me included Sunny morning balcony +pool view AC & Celling Fan +safe & lots of sockets Bfast had nice selection of foods staff VG & helpful big pool all day Sun Thanks also Ellena /Alfreado Noel & cleaning staff its up the hill from d Beach about. 5/7 min walk this Hotel & staff deserve at least **** rating The Mayor should not spend all 12 m budget in Magaluf keep some for Arenal Tom Limerick Ireland May 2022
