The location is perfect there is bus stop near the hotel and 5mins walk to the beach of s arenal The staff are really nice The food is tasty and variable

We were given a room in the first floor facing a wall there was literally no view although when we booked the pictures of the room there was a balcony with at least street view not a wall and there was bad smell in the toilets. However we reported this to the lady in the reception to change this after two days they managed to give us a better room in the 10 th floor which had a slight sea view if was really nice There was no fridge in the room to enjoy cold water I think they should reconsider that especially it was really hot there

The hotel and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location - far enough from noisy areas, yet very close to the beach and some secluded bays. Since I’m not a fan of crowded beaches, we mostly spent our time at Son Veri Nou and Cala Mosques. I should also mention that we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room for my birthday, which was a wonderful surprise. There’s a bus stop near the hotel that provides easy access to both the airport and the city center. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Room cleaning is provided regularly upon request. Big thanks to the team for making our holiday truly memorable!

The toilet and bathroom tend to flood quickly after taking a shower, which, unfortunately, is a common issue in many hotels in southern countries. I would also suggest offering hot drinks at dinner, as some guests may need them for digestive comfort.

The location is good, transport is very accesibile with a bus station just in front of the hotel. Rooms and common areas are clean and the cleaning ladies come everyday. The food variety especially at dinner is great. The terrace on top of the hotel is super nice in the evening and they have events there every Friday and Saturday I think. We didn’t use the pools but they seem nice and clean, and the one on the rooftop has very warm water. There are things to improve but for sure it’s a great stay and I would book it again.

The shower is leaking into the room if you are not extra careful. The doors to the shower and toilet don’t shut properly. The wifi is not working at the best potential. At breakfast/dinner not all the food has a tag with what it is. You need a deposit of 10 euro to get a remote for the TV (I didn’t see that mentioned anywhere on booking). And last, the city tax appears as 2.2 per person per night on my booking but at the hotel it was actually 3.3 or something like that (I don’t know if it’s my booking or it’s not updated at all). These are small details that matter, but did not affect our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in July 25. The photos previously posted are accurate and the rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. Friendly and attentive staff in a great location. We hired a scooter from across the road, immaculate place, great scooters, and toured part of the Island. Beautiful. We got a bus too, the stop is right in front of the hotel, to Palma for the day. Great City, excellent bus trip, regular buses, although very full. The food in the hotel was lovely, a great choice for both breakfast and the evening meal. A great view from the rooftop, where there is a small pool, perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and we will look into other HSM ones in the future, if this one is anything to go by.

Facilities were great. Pools and lounge chairs were clean. The rooms were nice and modern. Staff were amazing and really nice. Food was amazing, buffet style. Really liked the variety at breakfast. Dinner was also good, had a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian, as well as some lovely deserts. Air con in the rooms worked very well and was adjustable.

Drinks were not included at dinner. The sheets were not changed when the cleaners came, they simply made the bed up, emptied the bins and changed the towels. The light on the balcony turned on at around 9pm and did not turn off until early hours of the morning. The temperature of the shower kept changing while we used it.

This hotel offers a good quality/price ratio. It’s conveniently located, it has all the necessary facilities, the staff is really nice and welcoming. The food was great, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and with good quality and taste. You also have a great rooftop bar, where you can sit enjoying a beautiful view while sipping your drink. I would definitely recommend it for a budget-friendly stay.

The interior of the room might seem a bit weird as you have toilet and shower right in front of the bed behind glass doors. It may be uncomfortable for most people. However, there is an option to pay extra for a bigger room, which may partially fix this issue. The cleanliness was also not perfect, as the floors were sticky sometimes and you could find previous guests’ hair in the shower. But overall everything was fine.

The hotel is very good located, near highway (if you rent a car), there si a big parking nearby where you can park for free, beach is 5 minutes walking. It is clean in general, however, room cleanliness can be improved (we found some hair in the bathroom and on the covering blankets). There are only two elevators, so it cause a waiting line for use. Food is great, and the dining room is very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. After check out you can use hotel facilities, including shower, if your flight is in the evening. Bus station is in the front of hotel and there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come again!

Only cleanliness of the room can be improved

Facilities were in good overall condition and location was great (close to the beach). Dining/breakfast area were good, clean and the staff super friendly. Great and powerful AC (a must in Mallorca). We had a mid afternoon flight however the hotel had a room for our baggage and a shower available, even after checkout which allowed us to enjoy one last time the beach in the morning. Great view and balcony with space to hang your beach clothes. Very good quality-price ratio.

Parking was extremely difficult. Bedrooms were not clean as thoroughly as expected and the beds were a bit wonky. The elevators were also complicated with an expected line of people in the lobby waiting on them.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious terrace. The WiFi is strong and reliable. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The location is great—quiet and away from the crowds, with a bus station just steps from the hotel. The food offers a decent variety, though the meat dishes aren’t their strong point, so if you're particular about that, it might not meet your expectations. Free parking is available about 500 meters from the hotel, which is convenient.

Changing sheets should be more frequent as well as room cleaning not only changing towels.

Variety of food, delicious and pleasantly arranged. Hotel location is simply great in rapport with being close to the sea, shops and stores, and public transportation assets. Staff is also worth mentioning as being professional and friendly.
