Good location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bus from Airport stopped almost across the road so great transport connections. Being at the end of the strip, It was quiet enough to not be too loud but plenty going on, however acknowledge it was out of season so summer may be different. The hotel was basic facilities but clean and staff nice and helpful. Allowed us a late chdck out for a small fee due to late plane.. Didn't use the pool as went to beach so can't comment. Fabulous little Italian just across the road on the corner, went there twice it was so good.

It's quite a steep hill from the beach to the hotel The breakfast was basic. As a vegetarian there wasn't a huge selection but for the price, it was OK and plenty of supermarkets around to top up .

I liked the location as not far from beach, the airport and the centre of Palma. Cheap than other hotels on this area, staff were also friendly and had all facilities what a hotel can have.Kr Good service and atmosphere, The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Cleaning, they didn’t clean the room not even sweeping the floors. Just folded the bedsheets and that’s it.

Room cleaning every day -towels changed daily. 👍. We went without higher expectations at this hotel and in the end averall we were pleased about the conditions. Of course there is a lot of space for improvements,but our focus was to enjoy the island. Food is OK, like a normal canteen, don't aspect to fancy food.

Read carefully all the reviews -sadly most of them are true - but if you can live with this "small" inconvenients during the vacation time you will have a great time.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is reasonably clean, and they maintain the cleanliness daily. Its location is great, just a short walk from the beach, with several bus stops conveniently located right across the street. The staff are very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only issue I encountered was with the bed—it felt more like a hostel setup, where two single beds were joined together to make one. I was expecting a proper double bed.

The location was great, close to beach, shops and bus stop that took you straight to Palma. Room service was nice, we got new towels and clean bathroom every day. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would visit next time, but to a larger room.

The toilet was situated very closely to the wall, so much that we couldn't sit normally, but rather sideways (probably because we got a small, corner room) There was a lot of door banging (other visitors literally slammed their doors when closing). Wifi was an extra for a fee, that seemed a little high for this age

With some reviews I had read, I was very apprehensive about my booking but I saw nothing negative when I arrived there. Very helpful staff and very comfortable beds. Yes, the walls were a little thin but no noise that would keep one awake. The breakfast and evening meal was very good with good variety. OK, there has to be some repetition of foods over a two week vacation but it was very enjoyable nevertheless. Location was good, just a short stroll to the main strip promenade where there was a beautiful beach that stretched for many kilometres with many bars and restaurants.

There was no bar on site with live music. Other than that, there were no negatives.

It's a bit of an echo chamber from the corridor's when your in the room...also can hear everything in the next room ..but it's cheap and cheerful so it's worth it..

Breakfast was good and cheap, close to the airport and some nice beatches.

The beds were uncomfortable, in a room for two persons we got three single beds that moved. The walls are pretty thin and the shower pressure is not too good. Other than that the room was nice.

The breakfast was fantastic the evening meal was different every day . A few problems with the breakfast staff getting their breakfast first then keep going in the kitchen to eat it leaving the dinning room with no staff.the bus stop outside the hotel took you to the aquarium and the airport and Palma

No evening entertainment in bar . The mattress were to hard for me. Free WiFi should be available paying for WiFi is very old.no fridge in the room
