Overall it was a pleasant experience. There are 2 public car parks nearby at no extra charge. The hotel is located in the "heart of downtown", making it convenient for exploring local attractions and walking to the beach. **Check-in experience:**. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. **Room:** Our room was a standard double with sea views. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with modern facilities. The beds were "comfortable and provided a good night's sleep". **Amenities:**. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, bar, daily programmes at no extra cost and complimentary breakfast. We booked half board and enjoyed the evening buffet and drinks to our hearts' content. I particularly enjoyed the terrace with its stunning sea views. **Food:** We had breakfast and the quality, variety etc of the food was simply delicious with plenty of options. Service was prompt and attentive. **Staff:** The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any enquiries or requests. **Final thoughts:**. Overall, I would recommend the Azuline Hotel Bahamas y Bahamas to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in S'Arenal, which is only a 9 minute drive from the capital Palma de Mallorca. I would definitely consider returning in the future!

**Areas for improvement:** Whilst our stay was enjoyable, we did encounter a few minor problems. The two single beds joined together used to roll when we moved during our sleep, which is not so comfortable with a gap in between.

The room had a view and was good. They upgraded our stay to all-inclusive which was good we could have drinks, ice cream, snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. almost all time of the day you can have something to eat. dinner and breakfast were good, but it could be average to good quality depending on your choice of food. you shouldn't expect great restaurant food but compared to its value and money it is worth it. There is also a pool and sun beds so you can enjoy without going outside of the hotel for swimming and sunbathing. if you come with a rental car there are different open-air parking spaces close to the hotel that you can use. The staff were so nice and friendly. If I want to come back around there I will book again this hotel.

At our check-in room was not clean at all, apparently cleaning lady had forgotten to clean this room for the new check-in. we asked the receptionist and after that, they came and cleaned it. after that everything was good. they also come and change towels and trash bins every day. Every night there was an event in the yard with very loud speakers, however only until 11 pm. If you want to go to bed before that you need an ear plug. However, you can also join their events some of them were quite nice such as live music.

Clean, good aircon in the room that we were moved to (awful aircon in the first room), all inclusive drinks and food were good, good facilities and close to everything.

the man on reception during our check in was very very rude (all other staff were polite and friendly), checked in around 1am, aircon didn't work in first room so asked to move to a different room, 2nd room he gave us was already occupied so walked in to a couple in bed! eventually managed to get another room which was great but only because another manager and the security helped.

The hotel itself, the facilities, the reception and dining room staff are very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness and comfort are good, the breakfast and dinner buffet adequate and with some variation from one day to the next.

The cleaning staff shouting in the hallways from 7am onwards, they woke us up both days loudly shouting from one end of the hallway to the other, without any regard for the rest and sleep of the guests. They also opened the door abruptly after knocking, without even waiting for a response, when I was leaving the shower, a lot of disrespect from the cleaning staff. Regarding services, a mini-fridge would be appreciated in the rooms to keep water, drinks or medicines at an appropriate temperature.

Everything was superb! Check in and check out went very smooth. Staff was extremly professional and polite. We need to mention Daniel (from reception) who take care of us and helped us a lot with his advices. Staff overall super, Sylwia from reception very helpful, kind and always smiling. Excellent hotel, very clean and nice room. Good selection of food. We had really good suppers in a restaurant ( the best Chef Hassam) We loved it. Will be back next year!

Great range of food, well cooked something different every evening, really helpful staff, great location, 15 mins from airport by taxi, water park 5 mins by car, beach 15mins walk, bus stop to Palma 5 mins walk, bus to Palma non stop 15 mins pool is clean, Gym, jacuzzi, and sauna, all ok.

The rooms were OK, could do with some updating but more than comfortable. Pool can get very busy at weekends. 9

Absolutely brilliant hotel for the price - staff were friendly, room was cleaned immaculately and the food was varied for us. Was skeptical about booking after seeing negative reviews but honestly couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel. If you go on holiday with the idea that it is going to be exactly like your home but with sun then this is not the place for you. Take advantage of different cuisines, make an effort to speak even a little Spanish (it will get you very far) and embrace a different way of life. Yes there is rowdy young ones very occasionally but they could not have been more pleasant to us and played with the kids etc in the pool, and music/noise always stopped around 12/1. The staff were very patient with my less than perfect Spanish and the receptionist who checked us out was very polite and booked us an airport taxi with no problem. Unfortunately I didn't get any names however the lifeguard by the pool and the blonde girl behind the bar (I think name is Ana) were top tier staff and very good at their jobs. We will definitely stay next time we visit S'Arenal!

The hotel itself is not far from the airport. They do very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very very clean and tidy with friendly staff members at the reception. The rooms are spacious with lovely balcony. There’s good bar at the hotel. There’s swimming pool and gym too. It’s a lovely hotel

The food was not bad, but could have been better. The line to get drinks was long and felt like they going extra slow to prevent people getting to much drinks. Sometimes I waited half an hour to get a drink. You also only allowed 2 drinks per person, so I always had a issue getting 1 for myself, 1 for my husband and 1 for my child. So automatically you have to stand with more people in line. Other than that is was a great place.

For a 3-star hotel it was quite nice. Beautiful outside area with pool and night bar overlooking a terrace and the pool. Night entertainment until 11 pm, so by midnight normally there's silence, at least before the high season (it was mid-May). Personnel is great, patient, always smiling, so friendly and helpful! Great position if one is with the car, easy parking (two free public parking lots very close by) and close to the highway to explore the island.

Rooms poorly insulated, in case of night chaos no chance not to hear everything. Mattresses pretty soft and saggy, not ideal if you have weight and back problems. Food honestly not great but at least one can find a few dishes that are ok, for the price paid one can't ask for more.
