The hotel is located near the beach, literally 5 minutes walk. Very polite and pleasant service at the reception. The front desk is open 24/7. Everything I needed was in my room. There is free wifi on the property. The cleaning lady cleaned my room every day and left clean towels. Loved the breakfasts, the buffet was quite varied, fresh and hearty, lots of choices of pastries, cold and hot drinks, pulled pork, cheeses, good selection of fruits and vegetables. Since we didn't know Spanish, they called a cab to the airport at our request. Service 10 Condition 10 Food 10 Value for money 10

Excellent choice for breakfast, both hot & cold, constantly being replenished. Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean.

One member of staff in the poolside bar, (only bar in the hotel), completely took the shine off the holiday, (think her name was Anna). She was rude and plainly did not know her job. Just one example in a list of many things-The bar shut at 11pm and on one particular night we ordered drinks at 10.55 and sat outside, where at 11pm she turned the lights off and told us and others to leave! Quite where we were supposed to go with our drinks, she couldn't tell us. Every time that we used the bar when she was on, she plainly didn't want anyone in there!

We enjoyed the beach, the hotel was good, basic, with a small pool, the staff are very polite and extremely helpful, there is a 2 small shops selling drinks, alcohol, snacks etc across the road, and many more on the way to the beach and the sea front has many different shops, many selling similar tourist items. overall the people in the area are very helpful and kind. We had a taxi from the airport, wich cost us around 18 euro, There's a tourist information hut on the beach.

Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly those on duty at breakfast and at reception in the evening, and the room cleaning staff. Quality of breakfast is very good with a good range of options - although vegan options were very limited. Dining area is pleasant with lots of natural light and views overlooking the pool area and the woodland area to the side of the hotel. Location is good: the hotel is a 15 minute walk to the beach, however it has a pleasant pool area, and it is very close to a good supermarket (Mercadona - closed on Sundays) and other useful shops, a pharmacy (which is open until 22:00), a children's playground, and a bus stop on the route to the airport. Two rooms were booked and as requested they were close to each other - opposite each other. Our party included a child in each room and one of the rooms had a walk in shower only while the other room had shower/bathtub, which meant the children (aged 4 and 18 months) could enjoy a bath each day. Don't know if this was thoughtful room selection by the hotel or happy coincidence, but mentioning it in case relevant to room requests - impression is that hotel will do its best to match requests. Two English language TV stations available - these are BBC News and a Disney channel (very useful). While the hotel bar (which is next to the pool area) closed early evening (may be different in high season - we were start of May), there is a bar with al fresco seating nearby (2 minute leisurely walk). Overall, excellent value.

The balcony design includes vertical bars rather than a solid barrier. Won't bother everyone, but gave me the heebie-jeebies re the children, so not used much, which was a shame.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Sebastian at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay, making me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and excellent service. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and offered a refreshing oasis on hot days. Another fantastic aspect of this hotel was its prime location! Being only a 10-minute walk away from the beach was a real treat. Having convenient stores just right in front of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The abundance of restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel added to the overall charm of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!.

No fridge in the room. Indeed, in a hot city, having a fridge in the room can be a desirable feature for guests to keep their drinks cool and store some snacks.

Friendly staff & good location. Good for bus service. I didn’t use the pool this time as it was often used by noisy other tourists staying at the hotel. I decided to swim in the sea instead.

The location is very close to other hotels & therefore there will be inevitable noise from other tourists & there is a really annoying Cockerel which starts up very early. Definitely didn’t need an alarm clock 😩

Just little bad smell sometimes from the bathroom (so just to keep door closed 😉) from the sink or shower I think and bathroom itself a bit tired 😉 Tv (I think aerial didn't work) but I didn't actually needed so didn't bother to report it 🙃 Its 3star hotel and not new so nothing major to complain and its ok 👌 Best value and not much to choose from in this location at the booking time so can't complain.

Decent hotel, older rooms but well kept and functional. Room with nice views, good size, comfortable bed, TV, good WiFi. Bathroom without any shelves or hooks to put your stuff, but spacious. Excellent breakfast, great variety with lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Also some local flavor. Good location, on the bus route if you're going by bus to visit Palma, or to/from the airport. Hotel is on the hill, not too far from to the local beach.

The room was a great size very comfortable and clean, the breakfast that comes inclusive with your room was fantastic, it was continental but with some hot selection also. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had.

It would have been nice to have a glass in the room to maybe have a drink of water, we did not get to experience the bar as we were out exploring before the bar opened.

I liked everything, good room with a bath, balcony, good breakfast, good treatment of stuff, good location you can get by bus to airport, Palma, aquarium and 10 minutes walking to the big aquapark Aqualand. Also walking to the beach takes 10 minutes and plenty of cafes and shops around there. I had a rest 15.08.2023 with my 8 y.o. son and he liked swimming in the swimming pool.

I would like just more English TV channels.
